I bought this to help when I’m making mozzarella, but I use it for lots of other things. It is very sturdy and goes in the dishwasher so it’s easy to clean. It’s solid and not flimsy at all. Works great!

Good size, easy to use. Looks beautiful. Seems like good quality and comfortable to use. Hopefully will last me a while.
