Well made Heavy duty
Finally an adapter that you can use for heavy duty workload and pressure. It is a well made piece not the cheap plastic type that falls apart the first time you use it.

Outstanding value
At the price of $11.99 for 4 FHT fittings I expected a stamped metal part, I was pleasantly surprised to receive beautiful CNC machined brass fittings. FYI the hose barb measures 0.525". I've used 2 of these on 1/2" drip line with 1/2" PEX clamps instead of the worm clamps that were supplied, they work great; no leaks. I would definitely recommend these at this price.

Used to replace plastic connectors for irrigation system
They fit the 1/2" supply hose of the irrigation system to replace plastic connectors which were failing. They are working quite well.

the clamps have a design flaw and don't work - had to buy a replacement at Ace
the adapters are great, but the clamps do not tighten due to the design. I bought replacements at Ace Hardware that actually worked/tightened and works like a charm now.
