Philips Battery Powered Sonicare for Kids Sonic Electric Toothbrush (Model HX6352/42)

I have purchased this toothbrush in the past for my older children and they loved it, now purchased for my youngest. Great toothbrush to encourage and teach children the correct brushing techniques. Easy to use, and the app is engaging.The design is lovely with good grips and atractiv for little kids. Good value for the money.

Great kids toothbrush

interactive fun toothbrush great for the youngest. but the rubber on the top, even daily disconnection of the brush head, is starting to have black spots. the bottom of the toothbrush starts to separate, expanding. Glad we got it still guaranteed.

I'm disappointed with this brush.First thing you'll notice will be the sticker coming off after about a day, regardless of how well you put one on.Then comes the far bigger problems.The Bluetooth connection isn't good. Regularly cutting out mid brushing.Even when it's working, it has no clue how good (or bad) your child has brushed their teeth and rewards them regardless. This makes the whole thing pointless in my eyes.Such a shame as my daughter loves the app and it has her brushing night and day as she looks forward to getting prizes to feed or dress the little characterGreat idea but needs polishing to make it worth while buying

I bought this toothbrush as my dentist recommended our daughter try an electric brush. I read many reviews and the Philips Sonic Electric appeared to be the best. It is however, very expensive compared to other brands and designs.The built in two minute timer works well, and it encourages my daughter to brush thoroughly. It also offers a shorter 1 minute that apparently is for getting familiar with it - not sure that's necessary.The bluetooth connection has worked flawlessly! The app is clever and provides reward. My daughter loved this!The brushing is good. The (large) brush heads are ok for my 7 year old.However, I am back on Amazon because the battery hasn't lasted. It's been exactly 12 months, and it needs charging twice a week (leading to my daughter preferring her non-electric brush). The lithium battery is sealed inside (waterproof) and there's no replacement option (although there are YouTube videos explaining how to solder a new battery to the circuit board!). I expected better lifespan for this price.

I bought two of these and they had both stopped working with electrical and mechanical issues eighteen months later

Purchased from Amazon but shipped from a ‘store’. Product has arrived with a foreign charger. The toothbrush will also not connect to the Bluetooth like it should so not functional. Shame as my daughter loved the app it should link to with a timer. Will have to return and try again.
