Perfectly sized, sturdy, and smooth! These are top quality. So glad I ordered from this company. I am going to order a second set soon so I can cook even more crumpets at the same time in a second pan ( I refrigerate and freeze them and use them throughout the week/month! Crumpets are my new addiction in the cold weather!)They keep the shape perfectly, don’t leak, never leave a taste on the crumpets, and can be washed really easily because the oil slides off in warm water and dish soap. They are not quite as heavy as I thought they would be after reading some of the reviews, but they are very adequate for the purpose for which they are intended, and are very non-stick. Worked very well.
