Easy to set up
I wasn't sure what to expect with this closet system, it turns out it works great in my space, a long narrow closet. It is very easy to set up the vertical tension rods and cross bars. I adjusted them high enough to hold two rows of tops, and the other rod holds dresses, with baskets below for shoes. It is sturdy and neat. Everything is orderly and easily visible.

Broken after 1 month
I used this in my oddly shaped closet in my new apartment. I put it up, went on vacation and returned to the bottom rail fallen down (again) and the top connector pole (that touches the ceiling) broken off entirely. I dont even have enough hangars on the to fill it. I have reuested a replacement rod.

Good for the price
Super easy to assemble on your own which was nice. My one complaint is that when you extend the width the bars start to sag a bit.

Works for what I need but horrible directions
Product works for where and what I need it for. Directions are almost nonexistent. Poor picture quality and nothing is labeled, you just need to "guess" what each piece is the directions are showing (pictures only).

Not worth it
It keeps falling apart

Not recommended
After putting my clothes on it, it fell down. Several times. It can’t handle the weight from the clothes and slips from the ceiling. I’ve had it fall 3 times now. I don’t have that many clothes. Some of the bars have plastic around them and those broke during the fall.
