So Far, So Good
Though I haven't had the product for very long, (not even a week yet), it has been enjoyable to have a way to perform bench presses safely. The weight of just two bands has been challenging so far, but that's not a bad thing, especially since the third band is waiting in the wings to be added into the mix down the road. The overall quality of the product appears, and feels, well made. The handles are comfortable, and the addition of the bar is a real boon; it's almost like lifting free weights but without the danger of dropping the weight on yourself if you overdo your workout. The INNSTAR is also great as far as space-savings; the most space taken up is the small weight bench I use for bench presses and the other weight exercises that can be done with the INNSTAR.It's a nice, compact, easy-to-use product that, so far, is delivering on its claims, and I hope to be using it for a good long time.

Nice resistance workout
This is very nice! The bar actually has a bit of weight to it and the straps go up to 800 lbs. The straps were also easy to remove so the weight can be adjusted for the different individuals.I gave it a 4 because I wish the straps were secured a bit more on the bar.Still a nice workout item.

It's a bit awkward/uncomfortable/difficult to use.
I got the 200lb brown camo version, trying to wrap it around my back and use the bar by myself is very difficult to get situated. Once you struggle to get it around you and you finally have it situated, it's extremely heavy to push up unless you're already ripped/strong. I took all the bands out except for the middle one and it's much better to use. However while doing bench presses, it's supposed to work your chest, but I don't feel any chest burn at all, if anything it's burning my arms and my neck. Mind you ive watched multiple videos on how to use it, I am doing it correctly. There is nothing wrong with my form. Mind you I am fat, 300lbs, so it barley gives me any room. It almost perfectly wraps around me touching me, there is no gap between my chest and the bar. So I would not recommend this for fat people. If you're fat, use wall anchors, that way your aren't having to worry about wrapping it around you. Otherwise it works very well for every other exercise.

The mobility of the resistant bands
I like the fact that is has different levels of tension. I also like the fact that I can put it in my backpack and go. Thank you.

Believe it or not, they really work!
As a lifelong weightlifter who's trying to make due with home workouts, I was pretty skeptical of these, but I decided to give them a try. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. Just for comparison, at the gym I usually do my bench press either with a pair of 100 lb dumbbells or if I'm doing incline barbell bench, I start at 225 lbs and end around 300 lbs. So my concern was that 200 lb resistance bands would be way too easy. And to make a long story short, I was laughably wrong. I've now worked out with these three times and the last workout especially left me more sore than I've been in ages.Oh, quick tip: these do take 1 or 2 workouts to get used to, so if you're having trouble, make sure the belt is placed very high on your back (as close to your armpits as possible) and try a wider grip on the bar. Also, if you do need to remove one of the bands, no worries; I timed it and it takes about a minute to remove or reattach a band, but it's very physically easy to do.Overall, this is a great piece of equipment and vying to be my new favorite!

Snapped after 5 uses - spend your $100 elsewhere
I was enjoying this, using one band per side to lighten the load - until one band snapped after 5 (light) uses. That's not what you expect from a pricey product like this.Weird design choices too, just kinda disappointing overall.

Solid Product. Check the Description for more
I love this product for standing rows and seated rows. These two exercises alone pump up my shoulders like no other bodyweight or resistance band movement has thus far (not saying you can’t get a good pump from bodyweight and resistance bands but I definitely noticed a more rock-hard feel when using this product for these two specific exercises)As for the bench press, I feel more fatigue in my front delts and biceps than I do tension in my chest. That being said, even though you can’t necessarily feel the muscle group working that doesn’t mean it isn’t (I just wish I could feel more tension). I have tried shifting around the position of the bands both on my back and on the bar itself and the angle at which my arms move up but that hasn’t helped too much (although there is a substantial difference when positioning the belt from your lower back to your upper back as well as narrowing your grip to push-up up like level). Overall I’ll keep doing the bench press but just wish I felt more tension in the chest and less in my arms (especially the front delt). I feel way more tension when doing single arm across the chest movements with standard resistance bands (I own Fitness Insanity bands). This device is also decent for adding tension to standard push-ups and for bicep curls, although it is a little awkward in both regards

Product does as advertized
200lbs resistance bands feels similar to free weights. Better then other resistance bands being sold in the market. Ordered one with a bar, that originaly came without one, but the seller is very responsive and re-shipped a bar to fix the issue.

Very useful but if kit for a home workout
Seems sturdier and stronger than expected and well made. Using it 3 or 4 times a week so far and had no problems at all
