Most used color
For my elderly patients, this is the most used color. It is not too light but gives enough of resistance to build some strength. If long enough, can double it for some movements.

Therabands are the best.
I have bought this product several times. I cut the roll into 5' lengths (yields about 30 bands). These Therabands last about 2 years before I have to replace them. They get a lot of use.
