This is a good all natural supplement targeted for supporting the adrenal glands. I've just started taking it so too soon to know how effective, but I have confidence it'll prove a health benefit. I am loving this product! I have been using Wellthy Collagen and taking Her every day for 6 months and definitely credit my healthy hair and glowing skin to these products. I wanted to up the anti and try Revive and I am already seeing a difference in managing my stress and anxiety whilst combating adrenal fatigue. Wellthy products have changed my life!! Love love love

Seems to be working. They are not huge so they are easy to swallow. I take them once a day with breakfast

I love this combination of herbs and before I'd read the ingredients better, I'd planned to use them as an afternoon energy booster by taking them with lunch. The first two ingredients are ashwagandha and phosphatidylserine though, which, in combination, are a great relaxant for me. I've switched this to a dinner time supplement and it gives me just enough energy to get through the evening and wind down for bed. I really like the combination and since winding down is always tough for me, I'm really excited to have discovered this combination.

These capsules are normal size and have no bad taste. I haven't been taking these long enough to really see a difference yet but I started taking them because some of the medicines I take for my COPD can effect my adrenal and cortisol levels and supporting my body's stress support system seemed like a good idea. (I am not a doctor nor offering health advice so for your safety always consult with your doctor before adding any supplements if you have health issues and are on any medications to make sure it won't interfere with how the medications work) I like it because it contains natural ingredients which I prefer when possible and is made in the US. If I experience any adverse issues while taking this supplement I will update my review but for now I'm giving it 4 stars.

Anyone over 40 who is not allergic should be taking an adaptogenic supplement. Ashwaganda can help balance all of your hormones, and your body absorbs only as much as it needs. Not everyone responds to it, so there is no guarantee that it will work for you, but it is absolutely worth a try if you are having unexplained fatigue or weight gain.
