Great product with great customer service. The pen is a little confusing, at first I couldn't find the nib and thought I got a defective item. I emailed customer service and they got back to me extremely fast with a very polite and simple explanation of what my mistake was. The pen arrived just as described and the engraving is clear and precise. It's very shiny and sleek looking. I think the best plus is that I ordered it without extra ink cartrages. So it arrived with one ink cartrage but also one piston! For those who don't know, a piston is basically an empty cartrage that you can easily fill with any ink that you like. I didn't know this was included! This pen is a Christmas gift for my brother who is a banker and now, because of the piston, I can get him different colored bottles of ink for other occasions. This was a nice surprise. I haven't tried writing with the pen, because it is a gift, but the overall quality looks great so I'm sure the ink flow is smooth.

I ordered this pen as a college graduation gift for my little sister. The laser engraving came out beautiful and perfect, with her name spelled correctly. It is a sturdy and solid pen, and it arrived within 3 days (before the estimated date of arrival). I had to purchase ink separately, after I noticed it comes with an empty cartridge. I have not written with this pen since it was a gift and had no ink. But I will follow up with my sister to see how well it writes.

I gifted this to my husband as a congratulations for starting his new job and he loved it! There’s definitely a wow factor when opening the box. It also writes very well. Doesn’t look cheap at all

Beautiful pen! I bought this for everyday use, has good heavy feel-the nib is exchangeable. Comes with its own cartridge and it has a really nice box for gift giving! Been using for months, the engraving is still perfect and all the details and overall color of the pen still look new, which is awesome considering its being used daily for school! AND-BONUS no one would "forget" to give my pen back because it has my full name on it ;) I enjoy giving feedback as long as its helpful so if it is, hit the button :)

I'm generally pretty pleased with this fountain pen. It writes smoothly, isn't at all scratchy and has a fairly wet ink flow. The barrel and engraving both look good. My only complaint would be that, for me, the pen barrel feels a bit short and unbalanced if the lid isn't posted, but the lid does not post well. Even when I try to snuggly twist it into place, it often falls off as I'm writing. Other than that, it's a great pen.

Beautiful pen but come without writing Tip..

It was good but the only thing that ruined it for me is the pen comes in this super tacky box that has the website and advertising for the company on it. I bought it as a gift so it looks super tacky and I didn't realize until after it was opened by the individual.
