I had a hard time getting on the melatonin train. I was worried that my kids would get use to this product and would feel groggy in the mornings. This is not a product you HAVE to use every night. But you can if you want to, safely. My kids love the taste and they get a good night sleep.

I purchased these for my 10 and 11 year old because at times they do have a hard time falling asleep and these have helped them doze off into a great sleep, they do not wake up groggy and they love the taste.

My son has anxiety and sometimes a hard time falling asleep and getting his brain to turn off. These work great and get him to settle down to get good night sleep

I love them, they work very well, they do not harm the body, I give it to my child and it works quickly, they have a very delicious flavor and you just have to know how much you should give depending on the age for it to take effect

Okay...I'm torn on whether to give this 3 or 4 stars...I really wish I could do 3.5. Functional wise? It did it's job well. My 3 year old son loves gummies...like any gummies. Dollar store, generic (you know the type... smells like a gummy looks like a gummy, but taste like nothing and waaaay to questionably hard to chew) yeah... he'll happily eat those ones. However he seemed to absolutely hate the flavor of these. I did try them after his "yuck" rant...I mean they weren't the best thing I ever tasted, but they didn't taste bad (or even like medicine, really) toddlers are weird little creatures...I may have hid one in berry yogurt...he did give me a suspicious look after that mouthful BUT he was also sound asleep 30 minutes later and a happy, cheery little man the next morning. I will probably try the liquid next time, but everyone is different taste wise...I'll give the brand another try since it did do what it was supposed to.
