These are great vitamins and they are at a better price here than at my local health store. They help my husband to have more energy, they don't smell bad, and they are easy for him to take. Recently working a new position at work, I felt I needed support, age 60. The vitamins are not like advertised ones on TV or magazines. These seem well made and expect urine to change color to deep green yellow. The body does not retain all nutrients, but I feel better when taking these physically and mentally. So its obvious for my body, I get a benefit. Be true, not all will feel the same as each body has different needs.
