Works great in tight spaces in your motor.
My oldest grandson is a Master Mechanic for Mercedes Benz. He wanted this in his rather large repertoire of tools. Said it makes it easy to get to in a tight space under the hood.

Must have tool for W220 Mercedes S500, S600, AMG S55
You absolutely need this to replace motor mounts on Mercedes Benz S500, S600, S55, W220 and many others. It makes the job easier and will save you time and money by doing it yourself. It’s $1500 and up to replace motor mounts, and they will fail, it’s not about if, it’s a temporary part, they fail and then the motor begins making contact with the frame, and it lurches up and down in the engine bay - a simple job when done correctly and with the proper tools. Using this tool and a good engine support bar to assist with lifting your engine up from the top, makes the job much safer and easier than it may seem. 256,000 miles on my 2004 S500 and it feels like a new car after doing this job.

Works great BUT MUST BE PROPERLY SEATED, or it WILL strip!!
Very handy tool! Perfect for getting the top bolts on W211 E350 Mercedes WITH M272 V6. NO ONE online gives a tutorial or describes how to remove the engine mounts for these cars because it is a PAIN. Especially on RWD models without the notches in the front of the unibody for the 4MATIC axles. 1. The right upper bolt is easily accessible with this tool. When used in conjunction with a long 3/8 extension (or Two) 2. No need to remove the power steering pump and reservoir for access on the left side of the car. The best way is to remove the remove the engine cover, then drop the Socket wrench down onto the upper bolt with a long 3/8 extension and then (GENTLY) loosen the upper bolt. These bolts ARE NOT torqued on too tight. One it's loose Go to the bottom of the car, undo the 4 Bolts holding the power steering rack and brace, then undo the left catalytic converter from the manifold back to the middle of the car. Then you will have plenty of room to use a shorty ratcheting wrench to spin off the bolt and pull the left engine mount when the engine is lifted off the mounts. Install in reverse. Left side is the hard side, Right is easy! I see complaints of the wrench being soft metal. YES IT IS! Be careful, IF it's not properly seated and right side up, YOU WILL strip the wrench. BUT from my experience it's more of a 'not seating the wrench properly' Verse's not strong enough to overcome the torque. These bolts should not be more than 45 ft/lbs or 58NM. That is easily done my hand; even in a tight area like the engine mounts. Good Tool when properly seated and using restraint. Also a Shorty 16mm ratcheting wrench is a much for fully removing and installing the upper bolts on BOTH sides.

It worked great and allowed me to change my engine mounts. Highly specialized tool but money well spent.

Mandatory when doing W211 engine mounts
Was able to do the passenger mount on my W211 E320 rwd wagon with relative ease using a ratcheting wrench. Once I got over to the driver side, though, far different story.... The majority of YouTube videos I came across were for the 4Matics that show something you can get to seemingly easy. The driver mount for the RWD model, though, is near impossible to get a regular wrench one; a socket is impossible. This tool however made swapping it out an absolute breeze. Just ensure you have a long enough extension to reach it and you're golden. Remember to undo the steering linkage bolt (13mm) and the cat bolts (13mm), jack the engine a little higher than you feel safe doing, and you can sneak the old out for the new.
