Horrible customer service.
When it was working worked okay. Had I find a bigger drill to work it. Then all the blades broke. I got 4 out of 10 holes cut for my hvac. Customer service was not the greatest. Was told It was my fault and since it was used we could not return it. Why would I spend this money to have something not even complete the job. Horrible customer service.

If you ever used a hole saw, then use this hole saw, your gonna be impressed with the construction and over all feel of the product. Only thing I'm stuck on is finding replacement blades. Otherwise this thing is worth every penny!!

JUNK!!
A total POS!!!Adjustment for cutting blade would not stay locked in the right position and almost ruined a project in my new boat. Bought a Klein 6 inch hole saw and it cut through the heavy grade aluminum like a knife through butter. Used JB WELD (great epoxy) to fill in the grooves left from the adjustable hole saw, sanded it smooth then primed and painted the area and installed the 6" acces plate.A 90 minute job that took 3 days.....
