We have the curtains in all our bedrooms and I bought them for my dad's house too. They are the perfect blackout curtains. They look nice, don't come super wrinkly, and actually make the whole room dark. We've tried other blackout curtains in the past and light would still come through a little bit. These are a great price, especially when they are on sale and they look great. They are not cheap looking and come in many different colors. I love the quality and color so much that I also use them as the door for my bedroom closet so they match the curtain! If you are looking for a nice quality curtain to make your rooms dark as a fair price, buy these!

Put these drapes in the Fantastic Amazon Find category!! Each panel is 70 inches wide by 84 inches long. The package includes 2 panels for the really fantastic price of about 25 dollars. This should be the "new normal" for curtain panels. The fuller the better is my opinion. I was getting by with 2 of the standard 54 inch panels on my 60 inch picture window. They were fine for when they were open, but when they were closed, the draping was uneven and the sides or center lacked coverage. I just hate when the sheers beneath stick out the sides. So sometimes I added another set of 2 panels for 4 in total, to get a fuller look and even coverage when closed. But the seams and separations in a 4 panel window treatment was so annoying. These are perfect. Please note that they do not include any tie-backs like many panel sets do. There were the usual packaging creases and wrinkles, but I have a clothing steamer and that did the trick. I was advised by a drycleaner not to wash packaged drapes before hanging because manufacturers treat the fabric with an anti-wrinkle agent. If that gets washed out before all the wrinkles are removed, you may never get all the wrinkles out. I hung them right out of the package and ran the steamer over all those creases. They look crisp, hang nicely, and are even across the bottom, sides and top. I ordered the green color which is not quite as bright as pictured. I was actually hoping the green would be even brighter, but they still look great with our abstract-patterned carpeting. The shade of this green color will also work year-round, which is a bonus because I am so sick of the seasonal drape decisions, purchases, and window work. Also of note, these drapes are really, really good at room darkening. The fabric is very thick and opaque. This may not be what you want in the summer months, depending on placement and lifestyle. We have had many sets of curtains and drapes in this fabric. It is also very insulating in the winter. It has been a godsend for our drafty doorwall. I would actually like more light let in, but the tradeoff would be the nosey neighbors getting an eyefull of what really goes on over here. Sorry I didn't post a picture, but I am waiting on magnetic curtain tie-backs. Right now I'm using mismatched old neckties and I don't really want to put that out there in perpetuity.

Great room darkening curtains, but they are not truly blackout. Still using it after 2 years in the master bedroom and is happy with the color, material and quality but I wouldn’t use it in my baby’s room.The product description says “85 to 99% impeding of light” and I would say it’s on the lower end, maybe 70- 85%It’s still a great curtain for at night - it at least blocks street lights. But for the afternoon with full sunshine, it is still pretty bright in the room— It darkened the room enough that it is better than window blinds without curtains (just not truly blackout which is why I wouldn’t put in a baby’s room)

I looked at hundreds of curtains (both online and in shops) until finally choosing these and am very happy. I live in a loft, so need very long curtains, at least 110 inches, but I ideally wanted 120 inches because I wanted them to cover the floor for the winter. The following are the characteristics I was looking for. I wanted some level of blackout (didn't have to be 100%) but without the double fabric - the curtain had to be just one layer of fabric. This is because the curtains needed to be very long, but since the hanging system I have is alligator clips, they couldn't be too heavy. In this sense, these curtains are perfect - one layer of fabric and not too heavy. I really only wanted enough blackout so that I could see my TV during the day and for that it's perfect. However, these curtains may not be blackout enough for people who want them in their bedroom. Some people complained that the curtains were very wrinkled. Mine weren't, so I had no issues with that. They did not smell. Some people said they faded. I can't comment on that yet, since I've only had them up to about three weeks. The fabric is "spongy" is the only way I can describe it, so I think it should be good at keeping some of the cold and draft away from the windows. Which is another characteristic I wanted. Our windows are very big and in the winter it gets cold sitting next to them. Overall conclusion: these are good quality curtains. The price was amazing (if I bought something in this length at a store, I would've had to pay this much for one panel, not two). I like the color and fabric. The functionality is perfect for what I was looking for. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality especially because of the price.

I struggled to find the right curtains. At first I thought purple would be the answer but they made the room too “ purple.” These “natural”blended with the walls nicely and I added a magnetic cord for a pop of color. These made it easy to let the curtain hang at night and let the sunshine in during the day. found that I liked one panel per window better than 2. The 52x72 fit perfect. My little hand steamer removed the wrinkles without any problems. These curtains blocked out sunlight well. The picture here is at about 7:30 am and sun comes up right outside these windows. The one on left is purple, right is neutral. Compared to nothing but blinds, these helped my sleeping immensely. I would buy again.

Love this product. Not really any place to put the hooks into but I made it work for the traverse rod.

Very nice material. I would consider these darkening curtains, not black out curtains but they served our purpose. They are dark enough in the morning for us because the window we installed it on faces west. If you have an east facing window they might not be dark enough, especially if you are a shift worker.
