These stools are very good quality, the seats are well formed and made of thick wood. It has the perfect height and a neat "rustic" look to them. Our daughter-in-law loved them, actually hugged them!

These are amazing! Wise comfy seat. I love the wood it is butter soft and the tone is perfect! Would buy more if I had the room for them

I ordered 4 stools, 3 of the 4 came with all the parts but the last one is missing 2 screws. I have emailed with no response and when I called the number on their paperwork which is the same number from Amazon they have no one who answer but simply tell you to email. The link to submit a parts request on the website is over quota and will not allow me to submit a request.I really like the sturdiness and the look of the stools. If it wasn't for the issue with the missing screws and not being able to get in touch with someone from HIllsdale Furniture, I would have rated it 5 stars.

We purchased four of these chairs, two were stained the same . One was lighter than the others . Last one was delivered today and it appears that it was one that was retuned . It was missing bolts and washers and the seat was scuffed up . We have decided to keep them all.. the seats come off fairly quick .. we will sand down and stain the same color ..

This was the last piece needed for my weekend project--to remove the old dishwasher and replace it with a wine fridge and LED lights. This stool looks great in the bar area.I was missing one screw for assembly, and when I contacted the company with the email provided in the box, they IMMEDIATELY responded and rush shipped me a full set of assembly hardware. I am very impressed. The stool is sturdy, attractive and comfortable. I'm glad I chose this one.

I looked and looked for sturdy and reasonable bar stools. These s came in and are fantastic. They are sturdy, comfortable and beautiful! I found them on sale for $107 per stool and worth it! Assembly was the easiest - took 15min per stool with no help needed. Instructions are straight forward.

I ordered three of these stools, they are beautiful but the first stool is very slanted to the right side which makes it uncomfortable to sit in. The second stool was missing several parts in the box. I emailed the manufacturer and after 48 hours I still have not received a response. I’m very disappointed that only one out of three stools is usable.
