Western Chief Kids Soft Lined Character Rain Jackets

Complete impulse buy for CA weather but my toddler loves it. It’s his go to jacket. It’s not overly heavy and works also as a wind breaker. I bought a size bigger because kids grow quick so I’m hoping to get good use out of it.

THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY GRANDSON !!! I EXPECTED IT TO BE REALLY THIN BUT I WAS SURPRISED THAT IT HAD A VERY NICE LINING ON THE INSIDE !!! I LOVE THE COLOR AND THE REFLECTIVE TAPE FOR THE TRIM !!! I ORDERED HIS USUAL SIZE AND THE FIT WAS A LITTLE LARGE BUT NOT TOO MUCH !!! BUT I'M REALLY HAPPY IT'S JUST A TAD LARGE BECAUSE HE WON'T GROW OUT OF IT AS FAST !!! IT'S VERY WELL MADE AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE JACKET !!! HE COULD NOT WAIT TO WEAR IT TO SCHOOL AND HE LOOKS FORWARD TO THE RAINY DAYS !!! THE SMILE ON HIS FACE MAKES THIS GROMMA VERY GLAD I BOUGHT IT !!!

So cute! I bought this along with boots and an umbrella for my granddaughter. It is absolutely darling. She is three and she loved it and insisted on wearing it even though the sun was shining. It seems well made. The sizing is correct. It is a nice plastic, it doesn't seem like it will crack or split. I love the hood, it is cute and will keep her nice and dry. I also like that it is a bright red color. I am a worrier and I feel like she is easy to see in this coat. I know your little one will love this coat!

Got this for my kindergartener for when we walk to school and it’s raining. It has great rubber outside and keeps him dry. Material is great quality, but we are still careful as it is rubber like externally and could still rip. The inside is a thin cloth keeping the rubber like outside off his skin. It was a little big for my 5 year old, but fits well for having a sweater under it and hood is large enough to keep him well covered and still be able to see!

My son wore this with such pride looking like a fire chief. The material and stiching were really good quality. Got compliments by everyone who saw him.

I got it for Christmas for my god daughter and it looks great on her even if it's a little big. I figured at least it will be good for a while. The quality is really nice, I love the inner layer, which is very soft and add some insulation too. She looks really adorable in it. She kept waving to the ladybug on top of her head meanwhile standing front of the mirror! Perfect match with the ladybug boots, which she loves even more:)

This is a good quality fireman jacket and looks very authentic. I bought this jacket as a rain jacket for my 3 year-old for preschool. I lot of the other kids have firemen rain jackets. I didn't realize I made the mistake of not noticing it was not a zip-up. It's a button up and this will be a problem to wear at school. He's not going to be able to button it himself without teacher's help. The hood could be designed to hang over more to shield from rain. I don't know if it will stay on top of his head. I can update more later after he's had a chance to wear it.1/16/2015 - It's been a month now and I need to correct my original review. My 3-year old had no problem buttoning up the rain jacket himself. He actually enjoys buttoning each button. The hood does seem to stay on top of his head. But it still would be better if it hung over more or and a bill to protect his face more from the rain. All in all I'm a happy customer!

Super cute and matched my daughter's Target lady bug shoes perfectly. I ordered a 3T being that my 2 year old is a little taller than average and usually wears mostly 3T clothing. The fit is great with extra room to grow and the sleeves are a little long, so I think she'll get a good wear out of it. The jacket is very well made and well lined so hopefully she'll be comfortable on a rainy muggy day.
