After taking the magnesium/zinc capsules for 3 consecutive days I immediately noticed a positive difference in my sleep quality and in my energy and mood - and continued to take it every day until the bottle was empty. I read all reviews and everyone was saying the same thing. Better sleep, less anxiety, better mood and more. I have not slept well for the last 4 years, last year had a panic attack, worried like crazy, anxiety off the chain, leg cramps, body ache, etc and just wasnt myself. I was taking magnesium from cvs they worked a bit but not like these. I took a chance on these and definitely a game/life changer. You probably wont believe me but the next day, i was alive, happy, not tired, not groggy, didnt feel exhausted all day, sang to myself had to stop and couldnt believe it, no worrying, very lil to no anxiety. I ordered 2 bottles and will faithfully take these every night at 9pm. Im a believer. I dont promote anything but I will promote these. I also bought some my sis n law and she was taking 3, went down to 2 but now only takes 1. She was having restless nights because of restless legs. She said it helps her alot. Just opened my last bottle. 6 bottles, works absolutely well for me. I only take 2 capsule a day and faithfully take them every night at 9pm. My anxiety is little to no existence. I used to love this product so much but seems quality is not the same as it used to be. I have bought it probably 7 times and have family members on it too but recently felt it was not the same formula anymore. My dad and I started noticing it didn’t have the same effect on us that it used to have. It used to let us get a good night sleep, calm our anxiety and eliminate any leg cramps. I get none of those effects anymore. I usually only need 1 capsule at night to have its effect work on me but since I started the new bottle I received 3 weeks ago, I have gone up to 2-3 capsules at bedtime and still doesn’t work. Maybe I received a bad batch, but my dad who I also bought another bottle says it doesn’t work on him anymore either.

What I like about this product is it does what it is described to do. After taking one dosage in about 10 minutes I start to feel calm. This is great product that I will buy again.

This is a very good supplement and I have been using it for years. Helps with many aches and pains after workouts as well as intestinal health.

The media could not be loaded. The quality ingredients make this my go to product for help with sleep, tension, and digestion regulation. These helped keep me consistent in the bathroom during my entire pregnancy and after as well! The size is standard for supplements, I have no problems swallowing them and there is no aftertaste. Three is the dosage, I keep them in my nightstand for convenience and take them every night. Definitely glad I found this brand and that it's available on Amazon

I was drawn to M3 for its ingredients - didn't pay close attention to the manufacturer claims. Magnesium was most important to me due to some aggravating health issues. At the same time I started becoming more physically active / competitive in sports.I finished off the bottle before reviewing - I don't feel the "I've been taking this for one week..." reviews give an accurate representation of a product - call me a pessimist if you will. So, after taking the cycle in the bottle I can honestly say that the Puori M3 combination supported my overall health better than I hoped it would and sustained this effect throughout the cycle. M3 has a calming effect on my body and I experienced a decrease in muscle soreness after my increased physical activity. Plus, M3 is organic if you care about that (which I try to do).Bottom line: Give this product a try if others have failed in ways you wish they had worked. Mag / Zinc / B6 together were a great combo for me to add to my daily regimen.
