The media could not be loaded.  i keep shopping a better shower cap recently due to my special personal needs . i bought the ones between 45 dollar to 5 dollar price range and hardly to settle until this IRIS SHOWER CAP arrives today .my 14 years old daughter fighted to get this one as she loved to wear it and wants it for her seattle trip tomorrow although i told her it's shower cap not fashion hat .... this gives me a chance to purchase some other colors of the shower capthis iris shower cap is not with any plastic materials, actually it is only one layer of the cotton fabric, the top of the fabric is 100% water proof ( i guess it is coated with a super thin film ) , i tested the waterproof function with water and salt like the video i attached and hope it makes good sense .unlike all others , this shower cap is packed with a pretty big paper envelop/bag , the closure of the paper bag is velcro to allow many times reuses in many needs . i feel appreciated from the brand about planet friendly materials they usesmall thing to mention , amazon used the HUGE carton for shipping and i wonder how amazon wasted so much on space .i am certain this is a truly great waterproof shower cap that you can try and trust , i highly recommend it , i am going to buy more for me and my family . i will update in few months tooUpdate ---I finally received my 2nd reorder , I love this shower cap in flower and fruit pattern ,I works so nice With my head and hair , also I can set it with my plant , see picturesgoing to buy more .

I mostly purchased mine for the shower. Something that held up better then your standard shower caps. I have long curly hair the length up to my rear end and this cap definitely keeps it all in. It nice and tightwhere u won't worry about it slipping forwards or back with movement but not too tight where it feels like it's putting pressure into your head it doesn't leave those ugly too tight markings. Only thing I was happy about is that the stitching of the cap too the elastic was not tight. The threading was a bit loose so that right there does not provide a water proof seal like it advertised. So my hair does get wet around my temples and ears even though the hat is over my ears when I'm cleaning my face but still over all happy with the product. Just wish that stitching was reinforced with double stitching and tighter. I'm almost afraid to try to wash it in the washer because of that stitching. For the price I could at least get that.

Fits well. My head gets hot from wearing in a long HOT shower. I think from the all plastic construction. I have a nylon cap that I have no issues with. I use this one strictly for travel.

The material this is made from is known as oil cloth in Germany & the fabric world. It does not & will not leak unless you in some way damage it. My hair is below my waist & I wear it in a quite tall topnot bun. I ordered the XL size & it is perfect from the room at the top to the little hair strands at the base of my hairline. The band is perfect - not too tight yet not loose at all. It does not slouch down on your nose unless you don't know how to put a shower cap on. I absolutely love my happy daisy shower cap. I am in hopes that you will offer the XL size in all of your fabric choices. I already want a second one just to keep in my overnight bag. You might want to stash one in the glove box of your vehicle as an emergency rain bonnet as well. I will definitely be ordering more as gifts. What a cheerful way to start my morning!

since my cheap $1 w-mart cap disintegrated i decided to spend a little more and pick a cute pattern- the purple/ orange python i thought would be brighter in person but it is as pictured, and i do still love it even if more pastel not vibrant. it is a shiny coated fabric and i'm hoping it holds up- seems ok for my use but i do not use for my head/ showers, i use it to cover my rectangular bicycle seat (protection from rain mist, pollen & dust- it is under covered patio outside but not in direct sun or rain.) i'm not sure about quality: material sort of feels cheap, but elastic feels decent and could be more durable than it seems- fingers crossed because it is cute, and i'm going to have faith with 5 stars until it proves otherwise in which i will update if it changes.

This shower cap is really pretty. Just having it my shower area perks up the space. I do wish that it was a little larger or that various sizes were available in this style.

This is a reliable cover. I've used this in bed and it stays on. The elastic band shaped perfectly to where it didn't add pressure/pain no matter how I adjusted the cap. The outer waterproof material in combination with the elastic band really keeps a good seal to the point where heat will stay trapped inside. This is also good if you plan on doing oil or other types of hair treatments. The heat build-up wasn't an issue during sleep because it can be adjusted to allow airflow. Really loved this shower cap it really covers my thick hair. Most shower caps don't do my hair justice but this does, i especially love that you can wash it although i haven't done so yet. It's very durable and so far it hasn't stretched out or lost it's shape. I really like that you can wash it that was my main buying point and the color too! The size was a main factor too, i didn't know that i even had an extra large size head either lol! I guess i do since this fit perfectly or maybe it was just my hair too lol!
