I ordered this for my husband’s birthday and he’s highly delighted with it. He does a lot of woodwork in his mancave, creating small wooden craft projects with our grandson, so this is his latest ‘toy’. However, he won’t be letting our grandson try it out as he’s too young yet.He’s pleased that it has a convenient light that makes it easier to see where he’s cutting. He likes that it can be used on different thicknesses of wood and it has variable speeds. It’s also got a blower to clear away wood dust. It’s quite easy to change to blades and you can used pinned or pinless blades.Overall he’s very happy with the quality.

First time scroll saw user, I normally use a bandsawFirst impressions, well made, decent wire length, controls feel they will take a lot of use, bed smooth and easily adjustable, screw holes to affix to workbench or stand accessible. On the whole good value for money.Accessories include some pinned blades, (surprisingly robust) hex keys and spiral blade converter.The converter(one of them)decided to split in half after a couple of uses so I contacted customer service and included a picture of said item, I asked if they could post a replacement but they wanted me to return it first so it could be inspected.I purchased replacements as it was quicker and they are better quality than the originals. Why let a positive impression down over such a small item.Included in the package is a spacer that is meant to be disposed of, I found it useful to store blades in.This is a decent machine that should provide a lot of pleasure.I will not let a mere peccadillo spoil it.

Purchased for hobbycraft. I was given a two day shipping date. Arrived the following morning. Discovered there was no manual or instructions so sent a message to the seller via Amazon and they responded within five minutes. I received a manual to print off. I have dropped a star for this because not every one is in a position to print a twenty six page document. I am however extremely impressed with the service and responce times. I have yet to use this scrollsaw but it appears fine for what I intend to use it for and the price was right.

Worried that for £99 pounds it may not be good enough. I was wrong. Well built solid performer and better than most saws over twice the price. Change the blade immediately for a better quality one for a perfect cut.

Nice scroll saw for the money, it does the job intended. However it needs to be relatively hard mounting to offset the reciprocating motion at cutting speeds relative to job thickness.
