Easy to chew and take daily.
My husband and I have been taking these ACV gummies for 3 months now. They are easy to chew. They do not taste or too bad. Especially compared to apple cider vinegar liquid form!! We stayed taking them to help us lose weight. I've lost 2lbs in the last 2 months of taking them. Not sure if it's the gummy or the extra workouts.

The 1st package of these gummies was great and helpful!This 2nd delivery has all the gummies stuck together with a sugar like substance that probably helped them clump.I opened the second container of the 2nd order.Equally awful to use.
