Don't sound like vintage alnico 2's to me.
These don't sound like vintage sounding alnico 2 pickups to me. These don't have the smooth sound I was expecting like my Tone Emporium pickups. I'm still experimenting with pickup height etc... to see if I can get better tone but I doubt they will produce the sound I was expecting.
