Elevate Your laundry with Distinctive/Powder Laundry Detergent/Biological Washing Powder/Masculine Opulence of Amber/Eco Laundry Detergent (Pack of 1)

Saw this product and it caught my eye. Ordered myself a can and it arrived faster than most products in the states! Now you must be asking yourself when is he going to talk about the product right? Well here it is, I tried Distinctive Washing Powder for Men last Sunday in two different loads of shirts. I washed both loads in a front load high efficiency washer in cold water. One load was hung to dry and the other was put in the dryer. Both loads of shirts smelled absolutely amazing however the load that I hung to dry was by far much more fragrant. The scent is masculine but not overpowering. Reminds me very much of days long gone by. I am looking forward to next weekends load of shirts as well as trying out some of these amazing smelling shirts. I wouldn't mind carrying this in my online store.Great product Distinctive Wash Ltd.

The only minor bad thing I have to say about this product is it's hard to just order 1 bag and you have to pay $100+ for a 6 pack.But man, this is my favorite detergent and I've used a fair amount of store brands and frey (the latter is okay but not as good as Distinctive).The company suggests hand washing with this detergent but I fill up a bucket and soak my clothes since I have a busy schedule. The smell isn't just awesome but nearly every time I pour the water out it's grey. For reference, Frey is at about 40-50% grey water when I pour it out. I highly recommend Distinctive.

After reading some of the reviews I decided to do some experimenting. I added only 2 TEASPOONS (not a whole scoop) to a load along with 1 Tide “free” pod that I’ve been using up until this point while also using the “extra rinse” cycle. I may even try 1 Teaspoon in the next load. If I had used the recommended amount I’m sure it would be so overpowering that I’d probably have to throw my clothes away. I know some people can be really picky and I find myself rolling my eyes when I read what seems to me to be over dramatic reviews and although I didn’t use the recommended amount for a load I feel that had I done so I would be in the same boat as that other reviewer who was not happy at all. Also, Definitely not worth the expensive cost.

I was extremely wary of this detergent, because I'm very weird about soap smells-even for a guy. But I took the plunge to get it, and absolutely am happy with this stuff! Its very non-obtrusive, esp if you don't pour too much in your washer load, and run the wash through the dryer. Very pleasant smell, and now don't have to be embarrassed by my weird feminine smelling detergent that would spoil my clothes. My housemate agrees with me that it's a buy again item!

Update 4/18/2022 WTF happened! It was great. Price went up so I haven’t bought it in a while, but my teenage son wanted some so I broke down and bought some more and it doesn’t smell as great as it did and it’s not even the same color as it was before… Amazon didn’t even put it in a package, just a label on the bag with my information. But I don’t care about that just the fact the price went up and the quality went down..Absolutely love it!!!! A bit costly so I add a 1/3 of borax to stretch. The smell either way is great and long lasting. Bought for my teenage son. Very nice guy smell, I wash my sheets in it too cuz who doesn’t love the smell of a good smelling man....

As the title says the scent of this product is overwhelming and not at all natural smelling, think cheap cologne. I made the mistake of using this product on my bedding and when it was dry the scent was strong enough to make my eyes water. I went ahead and put the bedding back on my bed and left it to sit for about five hours hoping that the scent would dissipate somewhat but it didn't. When I tried to go to bed the smell was still strong enough to be overwhelming so I got up and tossed my bedding back in the wash with my normal detergent to try and get rid of it. It didn't work, the scent is now slightly subdued but still very much there. I plan to wash my bedding several more times but if that doesn't get rid of the smell I'll be throwing $300 worth of bedding in the trash. Needless to say the rest of this product went in the trash and I will not be purchasing it again.

Hands down the best, longest lasting laundry detergent I've ever bought. I've searched forever for a brand like this and I can't express how much I love it. Leaves clothes soft and smelling great for a long time. None of the top regular brands even come close. Only complaint I have is that the regular bags sometimes dont seal right so I recommend using a ziploc bag to keep it fresh and airtight.

I really wanted to like this product. but there is something off about it. the smell is too "artificial" feeling
