Easy for first-timers
This was a gift for my daughter in law. She’s just getting into all that can be done with the milk from her new dairy cow and was able to use these right away. I believe she has 5-7 wheels of cheddar aging after just a few uses and she’s pleased with the press.

Easy to clean. Easy to store.
This is great if you do cheese once or twice a year. I added weight between the top board and the cheese forms to get weight above 50 pound, also added a board at the bottom to suspend a the bottom board from the cap nuts on the bottom. Works vert well.

The lids are way too small and leave grooves in the cheese wheels.
