3-1/2 Inch Sink Drain Assembly Kit, Removable Deep Sink Strainer Basket with Sink Stopper/Sealing Lid for Home, Kitchen, Stainless Steel

This is a nice sink strainer and drain. It is made mostly of stainless steel with a couple of plastic parts. The strainer is deep and it is not integrated into the stopper, so it is considerably more effective than the standard sink strainers that have a 2-in-1 stopper. It appears to be well made and I think it will be durable. It is a very good match for stainless steel sinks, and it is deep enough that it could probably be used in most cast iron sinks, too.

So far so good. Item arrived on time and within minutes I had both baskets installed. Very simple, straight forward installation. I did have to shorten one of my existing pipes a little since the baskets are a little longer than my previous ones. They seem very well made and with the hardware included, everything works as it should with no leaks. We are excited to have good functioning stoppers again! The strainer bucket is a bonus!

The KONE 3-1/2 inch brass sink drain is very well made — heavy, sturdy, and built to last. Installation was easy, and it fits perfectly with my sink. The brass finish looks great and hasn’t shown any signs of corrosion or leaks. You can really feel the quality compared to cheaper plastic drains. Definitely worth the money!

I have a kitchen sink with 2 basins, one large and the other small. I have this Sink Drain Assembly Kit, Removable Deep Sink Strainer Basket installed in the smaller basin. I like the look of this sink drain, and its a good value for the low price, but the stainless steel is thin and eventually will rust. Also, the rubber gasket will wear out and cause the drain to leak into the cabinet. I replace this drain assembly about every 3 years. The process of replacing the drain is easy, so I don't mind having to do it every few years, but I'd suggest to anyone installing one or more of these drains to check under the sink periodically for water and install a liner or place a cat litter box or a shallow bucket under the drain to prevent damage to the cabinet when it eventually leaks. The installation instructions are incorrect in terms of orientation of the rubber and foam gaskets. The rubber gasket should be installed first (closest to the sink) with the foam gasket installed underneath. The foam gasket protects the rubber gasket from ripping when tightening down the plastic nut.

All sink drains should be like this. The deep drain and basket are fantastic. The installation was simple. The gasket set is great. I used this on a laundry sink that I have had significant issues with leaking around the gaskets. This is the first drain body that actually works.

These work except. Was the best decision I made for our kitchen sink. I love how it strains before it goes down. It catches everything that shouldn't go down. I like the drainage. And love the silver stainless steel look. Not only that you couldn't ask for better customer service. And I have seen some reviews that mention it does not strain much..... My FYI, You must empty the strainer from time to time. Another review said the strainer does not hold much for his rice.... Ummm, this is not for things like that. You don't just pour rice in your sink. You still need to use a regular strainer. "Here's your sign"

Excellent product very easy install Don't need that dish pan in the sink catching all the bigger waste going down the drain the bucket catches everything just pull it out dump it out works great

Paired this sink drain with my delta sink. I was about to be boring and go for basic silver colour drains because where i stay they do not sell these items in colours . It looks fabulous, when my friends come over and they see it they always ask "why didn't I do that" or they did not know such options were available
