Q: Is the sizing accurate? Should i order half a size smaller?

I ordered my normal size and they are definitely about a half to a full size too large. I would suggest getting a half size smaller.

Q: What's the difference between a 3-navy and a 5-navy?

The difference is in the design on the shoe itself, as the 3 navy has a more wing tip design, the 5 navy has pinholes all over the front.

Q: How comfortable are these if used on a daily basis around 8 hours a day?

The shoes are so well made that 8 hours of wear on a daily basis should not pose a problem at all unless you're walking or standing for extended periods of time. If there are no other foot related issues, wearing these shoes will get you a lot of compliments and hours of comfortable wear.
