Better Than Cornmeal

Great product I couldn’t find locally
My area is lacking in International Supermarkets other than Hispanic Markets and a couple Korean markets...so I end up ordering a lot of ingredients online. This was exactly what I was looking for and it was shipped quickly and packaged so that it was not damaged in transit.

Semolina to the rescue!!!
We bought this to use with our outdoor pizza oven. We were having trouble moving the pizza into the oven. Someone suggested putting coarse semolina under the pizza on the board before sliding it into the oven. Worked perfectly & we were delighted with the product!

Not quite as authentic
I bought several coarse semolina to test and make traditional couscous and this one came last in taste and texture. It was harder to work with this semolina and it dried out fast resulting in large clumps. There are other higher quality semolina for half the price!
