Not enough pics but easy enough ingredients
I will admit I haven’t tried any recipes yet- some look good, some look ok- I will update my review after I try a few but I gave it a 3 because there are not pictures for every recipe, which is a must for me , I love/want/need to see what I’m going to make. I find it odd nobody else commented on that as that is usually a typical complaint and there are only 5 star reviews which is why I bought the book. I often wonder how many reviews are legit when I’m looking at a productAnother reason is there are 22 soup recipes and my family is not a big fan of soup so I don’t know if that will be very useful for us, but if you do love soup this may be the book for you!Overall I like the idea- different meats, veg, sauce or spices in one dish to cook or bake together.Some recipes are sweet with syrup or pineapple or coconut aminos, or recipes with spices that seem easy enough to find in your local store, Onion powder, salt , pepper, garlic powder, parsle, Curry, chili, lemon juice,etc.

Easy, complete family meals
I've been cooking out of this cookbook for several weeks now, and I'm really enjoying it. Through a lot of trial and error and allergy testing, my family has landed on a hybrid Paleo/allergy-friendly diet. Some Paleo books are so heavy on nuts that we can't use them, but this one is not. Additionally, I appreciate that these meals are loaded with vegetables so I don't need to come up with sides. The portion sizes are generous; I have four kids and haven't had to double recipes (but we sometimes add rice, etc., depending on the dish). My family consistently raves about everything I make from this cookbook, so it's definitely working its way into the "favorite" category!

Needs calorie information
The recipes are great but I find it very frustrating to use a cookbook that doesn’t provide nutrient information— especially one that is for a healthier lifestyle. This day in age, it seems like more of a necessity rather than a “nice to have”. It seems like this is where society has been heading towards for the last ten years so I’d like to see this author provide that information on a website or something? Great recipes though!

Easy, delicious recipes!
I've been a long-time follower of Christina's blog and Instagram so I was super excited when she shared that she was writing a cookbook. She did NOT disappoint! The recipes are super simple, fast, and packed full of flavor. I'm not even a full-time Paleo eater but we turn to her recipes regularly because they are a hit with the whole family, and I know we're always getting a healthy meal out of it. Most of the meals can fit into almost any diet plan, whether that's low carb, Keto, Weight Watchers, etc. I always send people to her Instagram if they're looking for new, easy recipes that are also family-friendly. Now, I'll send everyone to her cookbook. Buy it!

Never knew healthy food could be so delicious!
Finding Christina's blog 2 years ago changed my life. Seriously. Decades of eating dinners out 5 or 6 times a week and a monotonous rotation of the same few, carb laden home-cooked meals are over!Lacking knowledge and confidence in kitchen, cooking tasty food for my gluten free daughter (Celiac Disease) and lactose intolerant son was daunting and time-consuming. Trying a new recipe took hours. Measured in terms of tastiness, success was elusive. Fast forward to today…We eat at least 5 meals each week from Christina's blog enjoying every bite. Through making her recipes I’ve learned a lot about cooking. My confidence in the kitchen has grown. Now when we eat at a restaurant I often say, "I can make food better than this." which really means "Christina's food is better than this."I’ve tried recipes where the food doesn’t meet the expectations set by the beautiful photos. The reason I first tried one of Christina’s recipes 2 years ago was because of the photo. It looked amazing! The dish delivered on the promise and over the past 2 years her recipes have delivered time and time again. Consistent yumminess with an added bonus of ‘healthy’.My family is excited to continue our journey through Christina’s culinary creations so beautifully captured and detailed in her new cookbook. Tastiest healthy recipes!
I love this cookbook! I follow the chef on Instagram and Pinterest and noticed that I was basically cooking all of her meals. I ordered this cookbook and it’s literally the best. On Sunday’s, I pick out a few recipes and place my grocery order off of that. What I like about the recipes in this book is that they all have sides so you’re cooking a fast, healthy meal, not just an entree. Most of the recipes are fairly simple and have basic ingredients that you likely already have. I usually just order the meat and veggies each week and I noticed that my grocery bill is way down! Everything tastes great and it’s easy to look like a good cook when I whip these up for guests. We had friends over and I made the fajitas for the group and received endless compliments. It’s all so easy to make. I just flip to random pages and choose meals because not one of them has been bad so It’s hard to choose now. Some of my favorites are the maple salmon and sweet potatoes, the steak and veggies, and the halibut and asparagus. I’ve pushed this cookbook on at least 4 friends, it’s really that great! If you want to eat healthy and cook a variety of foods, order this book!

Clean eating made easy!
I recently purchased Christina's book and I have made four recipes. All have been excellent, but most importantly, they have been Super Easy. My husband and I have been predominantly Paleo eaters for almost five years and this is the best collection of clean eating recipes I've ever seen. I told my mother-in-law about the book, she ordered it and loves it too. What a great find!

The Best Paleo Cookbook
This is the most amazing and beautiful cookbook I have. The recipes are easy to prepare with sound nutrition in mind. I love the one pot idea for such flavourful meals

A Cookbook to Invest In
Love this cookbook! The recipes are delicious and easy to put together. Makes weeknight dinnertime so much less stressful. My son has loved each recipe (and he's a teenager who is not afraid to voice his opinion) and I know he's eating healthy at each meal. This cookbook must be apart of your repertoire!

One of the best paleo cookbooks!
Every recipe i've tried so far has been excellent!! It's easy, quick and tastes incredible. My meal planning will solely be done from this book for the next few weeks!
