The only issue I have with this is...good gracious it is HARD to get on! My husband has been helping me with it. The first day very hard to get on. Second day a little easier. Third day he was able to put in the second notch. Only 3 days and I can tell a difference. I wore it for 3 hours the first day 4 hours the second day and the third day 6 hours. I also wear it while I work out on the treadmill. There is one thing I have noticed that was unexpected, I work from home so I sit in my office chair for a great length of time. My lower back always gives me issues. Since I started wearing this my back does not hurt anymore. All in all three days in and I am happy with my purchase! :)

I'm 47 and between kids and now menopause, my body is doing weird things. I have worn a rigid corset, but it was too restrictive. This is a much better option for me. It's breathable and I can move. It's also very easy to hand wash and air dries in a day or less.I followed the size guide and the first was too big. I wanted it to be tight so if I twisted, it would stay in place. After 3 weeks, I have to go down another size.I was so sure I had gained weight in the past 2 weeks. I got on the scale and I was down 9lbs in 2 weeks. I dont know why I'm surprised. I just assumed it would be moving things around.This also helps you stand up straighter, which helps with back and neck pain.

I bought a xxxl. The smallest part of my waist is 37inches and the widest part of my hip is 51inches.It fits. However the waist is too big for me. I'd have to put the hook on the tightest to fit my waist then the belt gathers at the front and leaves a huge bump. So i can't wear it under clothes. But if you have a more rectangular figure this would be perfect for you.

When I first bought this waist trainer I had difficulties with finding my size lol I started thinking I was an “M” I tried it on and was too big. Then I returned it and got an “S” and same thing, until I realize I ama and “XS”... although finding my right size was a bit of a pain the return process was very IMPRESSIVE! It was easy and fast.Now that I finally got the right size, I can tell you how nice this fits and feels. I used to wearing body shapers so for me it wasn’t to hard to get it on ( because I have experience with corsets and body shapers). It is definitely comfortable and provides great support. I love it! I got the 4 hooks one so I can use it for a while.I super recommended and would by again for shop❤️

Omg i love it!!!! I thought it was too small but once i put it on the first latch and saw that i had room i fastened all the way to the 3rd row. I will be ordering another soon. It is comfortable as well. Wearing it all day!

I have recently finished my first week wearing my waist trainer, I could wear all day as soon as day one! I followed the sizing chart that is listed in the pictures with the product, I measured at a 42in (plus size lady here) which means I needed to buy a 3xl, It was extremely tight to put on. Tight enough to make me think I needed to return it. I did some research and found out I was trying to put it on wrong! The right way to put on is the key to putting together! I have fallen in love with this product. My only complaint is before buying this I did not see anyone had mentioned that wearing a tight shirt would show the waist trainer so much. I am a plus size girl working towards a healthier lady.

I like the fit but not the waist trainer I expected. I ordered this particular waist trainer because it was meant for a long torso. The description read 13” long on the front 11” on the back. To my surprise the front is barely 11 1/2 “ and maybe 10” on the back. I used it one day to see if I liked it so at that point I could not return it. Very bummed I did not get what I specifically ordered

Got this specifically for my girlfriend who is on the autism spectrum. We were looking for a compression device for adults but they are only made/marketed for children. Finally I came upon waist trainers as a possibility and I have to say that it works exceptionally well. The fit is appropriately snug and easy to adjust.
