Very simple solution to the minor annoyance of the harsh clank sound when a coffee cup or glass bowl/container is placed in the microwave on the glass turntable.This fits perfectly on the turntable and makes placing dishes and containers a quiet process.I know it's a very minuscule annoyance, but this simple mat is such an easy solution, I wish I'd gotten it sooner.Bonus that it also makes clean up of the occasional spill-over a snap.Extra bonus is that if you find that the bowl/container you've just microwaved is a bit too hot to handle, you can use this mat as a makeshift pot holder. Just lift up the sides and use it to carry your recently heated bowl from microwave to counter.

This a great help in the microwave. It’s just folds up for carrying to the sink to clean after spills. Wish it could have been an inch or two bigger but again, it’s easier to clean than the heavy glass turntable is the microwave.

This mat is wonderful!! It keeps my microwave so much cleaner now. It works very well and is easy enough to keep clean. It's much easier than cleaning out the microwave!

It’s extremely thin and flimsy. It’s hard to grab the edges and keep spills on it while moving it to the sink. I’d rather continue to pick up the glass turntable to clean it. I would have kept it if it wasn’t as expensive, or if it was thicker and could also be used for a hot pad.

Mat is very thin. I can’t pick up hot items with it. I don’t recommend.

Unfortunately it’s very thin, not at all what I expected
