I am picky about coffee. I like dark, going to grow hair on your chest, strong coffee. I've tried many different independent brands but find they have this weird purfumey after taste. Not this brand. Nice, strong, bold, flavorful. Makes you want to beat your chest like the biggest Silverback on the mountain.

I came across this brand of coffee on a recent visit to Juneau, AK. A store I went into was having an end of season sale and had multiple versions of this coffee for about $9 a bag. If I had known the coffee would be this good I would have purchased multiple bags since normally they go for around $18 a bag. I really like the Double Dead coffee but the other dark roast coffees are also really tasty. Each coffee brings different flavor notes. With the high caffeine levels, I am able to have a nice boost of energy all day. Although, these coffees are a bit pricey on Amazon and the regular website I will continue to buy them.

Great coffee. Strong brew, smells great. Super fresh. And shipping was fast. Bonus is the great packaging art. I bought this as a gift so it was fun to give and receive.

So far I have try five of the Raven’s Brew coffee. I prefer the whole bean to the ground. They are all smooth and are not bitter. Some have earthy flavors while others have nutty or chocolate overtones.

Stumbled across this roasting brand via a good buddy and just fell in love with all of its offerings. This 3 pack is not only 3 of my favorite roasts, it is a great value at the price level for purchasing such quality beans. I would suggest if you can, purchasing the beans whole; as to preserve the natural oils that the coffee bean has until right before you brew. The 3 all have a unique flavor, are not acetic nor hurt your stomach and they do pack a bit of a punch in the caffeine department. This is a package deal I have been purchasing for some time, and I highly recommend it to all of my friends. Even had my best friend order this exact pack while I was on my way up to see him... so I could share the experience with him as well as have some of my favorite coffee on hand while I was away.

I bought these for my son for who is a huge coffee lover. He let me know last week that he had just finished the last of them stating "These were the best coffees I have ever had!". I guess I'll have to buy the set for him again!
