TetraCichlid Cichlid Flakes 2.82 oz, Fish Food, Clear Water Advanced Form

I have been buying flakes like this or similar for many years and my fish like it every time. I think it's a pretty good quality obviously it taste good. I keep them fresh by keeping them in the freezer and only taking small portion and putting it in the smaller jar to feed the fish from. This way it lasts very long time and keeping its freshness. The only problem is that despite of its large size there is actually not that much food inside because the flakes are very fluffy and light. Buying pellets is definitely better value for money. But the flakes are better for my saltwater tank where I won the food to float longer on the surface and when it's sinking it's much more visible for the fish to go and get it. If using pallets they are smaller and sinking usually much faster therefore can get lost inside of the rockwork before the fish can eat it. That in turn can spoil water and cause additional problems in the saltwater aquarium.

First time I bought this Cichlid food and I’m really impressed with the flakes as they sit at the top for a bit before they start sinking slowly to the bottom. Would buy again.

Nice size

This is the second time I buy this product. The fish seem to like the food. At first, they were leaving the red flakes but after a while they started eating all of them. I think it was just the fish being picky. Keeps the fish healthy as far as I can tell. Good price for the size of the container.

My fish haven't complained about this food and they gobble it up every night when I feed them so I guess they're happy with it! PS Several of my Chiclids are over10 years old, they're healthy but not obese and I'm sure if they didn't like this food they would have told me so by now as its all they have gotten to eat during their long lives!

I have over a dozen fish tanks, and buying food by the pail, and dividing the flakes into smaller containers that I freeze to keep fresh and use as needed, is easy and convenient. I have used this trusted brand for many years. The fish are healthy, and colorful. I have no complaints.Sebastian E.

I like this food. It does not all fall to bottom of tank quickly. Fish get a chance to eat it first. I just like it better than the multicolored food.
