I use this exclusively for popcorn. The flavor is excellent, and keeps the calories low.A little goes a long way. Know that if you don't use regularly, the sprayer can get gummed up.But all spray oils do that.This brand has NOT gummed up; it is still working well. But others have. Just saying.It is still usable, it just comes out in a messy stream/dribble rather than a light airy spray.

Wow this stuff is amazing on popcorn. Tried it on a lot of different foods and this oil adds some great flavor, if used after cooking. Using this truffle spray before and mixing into the food while cooking didn't work well for me. The food turned out great just lost all the truffle flavor.Bottom line best oil I have used and will buy again

Amazing product and on time delivery

So this is a PERFECT product when you want to use olive oil in a pan but do not want to deal with the mess or effort to distribute traditional olive oils. It has a light but not overpowering flavor of truffle and smells heavenly. I honestly do not see a difference in the quality or flavor of the white truffle spray over the black truffle to justify the difference in price. The spray is quite consistent and no mess. Highly recommended!

Good flavor, helps me conserve oil, I use in many recipes.

I have ordered pricy truffle oils before. I wanted the same intense flavor but I wanted to spray it iver airpopped popcorn rather than drizzle it on. It works so evenly cover the popcorn but the flavor is not intense.

Finally a EVOO with no propellants that actually sprays well.So often these spray oil products have two downsides. #1they often contain propellants and they often squirt ratherthan spray nicely and evenly. Mantova manages to avoid bothof these problems! A quick spray gives you a nice even coaton your pan. Makes it easy to make a stainless steel pan"non stick" for scrambled eggs. This is also excellent toquick spray food for "oven frying".

This is handy to have if you like truffle flavor, but just be careful not to spray too much because it can be pretty strong. It's a good sized spray bottle as well.
