They roll insanely smooth, which just goes to show that you get what you pay for. These look very similar to the ones I got for my own chair, but they cost a little more and they roll more smoothly. My wife truly has a premium chair now!

We have had this chair about 6 months. It is working well for my husband. He has been working from home since the pandemic started and the old office chair was disintegrating. My husband finds it very comfortable.Couple things to make the chair even better. My chiropractor told me about a lower lumbar cushion to use when I am in my chair. My husband has since stolen it as I am not sitting a lot lately. He felt that made a huge difference in his back support. We are in our 50's so back support almost always needs to be given extra attention no matter how nice the chair.Another thing to note is if you are tall this may work really well for you. I am 5' 8" and my husband is 5' 10". I have longer legs then him and my toes really don't touch the floor at the lowest setting. I bought him a nice cushion foot rest for his feet. Again another nice option for any chair if you are sitting all day long. The two extra items really make the chair even better. Don't expect a chair to do all the work. There are always ways to improve your office work and make you feel more comfortable throughout the day.My daughter and I put the chair together. It was very easy. The parts come well organized and labeled. Always a bonus!I don't know how long this chair will last because it is getting serious heavy use. Prior to COVID the office chairs were sat in maybe 2 hours a day? Now it is over 10-12 hours.For my husband, the chair has been very comfortable.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this chair. I wanted something that was supportive, comfortable, sturdy, and easy to clean. I have found that in this chair. I'm a teacher and stand/walk a lot for several hours at a time and when I sit, I wanted to be able to let my body relax. As well as if I'm sitting for longer periods of time, I wanted to be comfortable.This chair does it all.Set up was simple and I did it alone. There was only one frustrating point where a second person would've been helpful, but I made it work. And as long as you remember that the arms are in the zipper pocket on the back of the chair, you won't panic that pieces are missing.The only thing I really noticed was that the pictures on Amazon of the chair are not 100% accurate. Those pictures make the chair look smooth with few sew lines, but it has several. Doesn't matter to me but if you're wanting that look, this chair won't have it.

i needed a chair for my ailing mother that prefers the support of a chair over a couch or a recliner. she is very picky about details such as how firm the padding is, the height, the ability to roll smoothly across the floor etc. im a prime member for about 6 years now and i do my just diligence when picking out items for myself or others by looking at ratings, comments, price, comparable items and this chair was the best of the lot. everything a person would need in either an office chair or how my mom uses this as an all room chair, from the comfortable padding, to the perfect balance when seated, the glide of the casters, the adjustible lift, and the generous arm height on the sides make this an overall must purchase if both price AND luxury are a factor. oh and a word about assembly, it was a snap for me, maybe 20 minutes total ( forget hiring an amazon lackey to do the job, anyone can do this) . if it does come a time to replace this , we will be ordering again.

I have been looking for a new computer chair now for a while. I had a few in my cart now for what seemed like months (because it probably was) and decided to pull the trigger on this chair due to it's simple design and height of the back post. At over 6', I need a big back post. And this chair has more than delivered. It was very easy to assemble, as I did it in around 10-15 min. It also has a very long back post that can support me for hours at end, and as a programmer that's very important. It also has very good wheels which is an important factor for me. Another good detail that not many people look for, the arm rest are padded. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase, and would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a great and affordable office chair.

If you are looking for a bang for the buck chair, then look no further. This chair is made of high quality faux leather, swivels effortlessly and is sturdy. I bought this chair because I'm a big guy and wanted a good chair. Since I've used this chair, the leather hasn't cracked and it is as comfortable as day 1. The assembly instructions were right on time wise, so no complaints there. My only wish is that there was more lumbar support. The chair is designated as featuring lumbar support, but it's pretty negligible in my opinion.
