P&o 2pcs E27 to E14 Converse Base LED Halogen Lighting Lamp Bulb Base Extend Adapter

Purchased (6) of these to replace some GX24Q-3 can light bulbs in my house. The adapter did not fit into the socket. I had trim about .2 inches off the end. Once I did, it fit but was not a very reassuring fit for an overhead light bulb. The clips did not protrude as far as the bulb I was replacing. Lastly, if I had read some of the other reviews I would have realized that the can fixtures have an internal ballast, and as such, will not power up an led bulb.

Item arrived quickly and was of the quality expected.

used these for 35 watt halogen bulb, eating dinner under the lamp. the bulb fell out of the socket onto my plate, all three of the sockets melted, luck only one dropped completely out and no one was hurt.

Easy to use, allows european base bulbs to be used in standard bulb sockets. This adapter allowed me to use LED bulbs I purchased in ebay.

These do tend to stay in the base when you unscrew the bulb, just FYI. It's easy enough to unscrew it separately. No issues or complaints so far.

Working fine, but the E14 is sitting more deep in the received converter as shown on the photo! As this was the reason for choosing this converter (because of lack of space in the lamp), it was a pure luck that it was working anyway. See photos.Regards

I have about 20 of the 26W 4 pin CFL fixtures in my kitchen and bathroom.These bulbs cost about $10 each and they fail about 1 a month under moderate use.I ordered 2 of these adapters hoping that if they worked, I would convert all these fixtures to use screw in LED bulbs.Sadly, they do not work for me.As others have written, each 4-pin CFL fixture has a ballast.As a result, the adapter does not get the necessary 110VAC to provide to the screw in bulb.

Have not used yet but they seem a little cheaply made.
