It works in our Kurig. However, it does have 2 issues. First, when you put it into the machine it doesn't "snap" nicely like that original did. It fits, but it just sort of sits there and you don't feel like it is quite right. Second, you CANNOT put it in, then set the k-cup in, then close the lid and go like you did with the original. As others said, it doesn't properly make the hole required to set the kcup. Instead, I put the kcup in the holder while I'm holding it and I push down on the k-cup. THEN, I get a nice snap, and I hear the hole get made. Then, I set it in the machine.I bought this as an extra to make tea with - when I make tea with the same one used to make coffee my tea tastes like coffee. So, as a second one this is fine. But if this were our only holder I'd be annoyed because you have to take it out each time to snap the kcup in first. If you try to just put it in sure the unit shuts and starts, but no liquid comes out.

I got this so I could pull one out quickly to switch from making coffee to tea. My husband says the coffee residue comes through into his tea - and he hates coffee. As soon as I got it I tested it in the keurig machine.1. It doesn't have the little white arrow (which is primarily a guide to show you the direction to put it into the machine), and2. it fits a tad more loosely than the original.#1 is no big deal, because there's a track along the bottom so you have an easy guide to put it in the machine.#2 proved to be awesome! It comes out MUCH more easily than the original, so you needn't fear breaking it while pulling it out to rinse or wash it regularly. In fact, we now just pop it out and do a quick rinse & pop it right back in between uses.It has saved us by extending the time between doing the thorough cleaning/maintenance of the machine - and the 'original' is now our spare!A TOTALLY WORTHY PURCHASE! :-)

As specified on the title and description of this item, it's a generic K-cup holder. That means it's not made by the Keurig but made by a factory that replicates the product. Normally generic things work fine and are very affordable. Unfortunately, this one doesn't work as it should.The first time I placed it in my Keurig coffee brewer and tried to use it I noticed my coffee was "tinted water", more like tea-looking and I did not know what had gone wrong.After playing with it for a minute I noticed that the "needle" that pokes the K-cup for the water to go through it wasn't sharp enough to poke a hole.They sent me a replacement but it seemed to be a manufacturer's mistake when trying to copy the original one.I am giving this product 3 stars because if you try hard enough you will force the needle to poke the k-cup, making it work it and fulfill its purpose.For the price you pay I wouldn't complain much about it. But you will need to make sure it's snapped on before brewing your coffee!I hope this helps future customers or works as a solution to people who bought this!

Fits perfectly. This was the best price, but DO pay attention to the shipping arrival estimates. It shipped quickly but took forever (two weeks) to arrive since it came from overseas. Not the fault of the merchant since delivery estimates are clearly posted, so 5 stars since it was a perfect fit. I did get impatient and ordered another that arrived with prime in 2 days, but it cost twice as much and did not fit correctly. Just keeps coming out with the k-cup and I have to put it back in. Tossed it when I got this one.

The needle isn't seem sharp enough to pierce K cups simply by placing a cup in the holder and closing the lid. It will just dent the bottom of the K cup. So for every cup, I have to remove the K cup holder, place a K cup in it, slap it quickly with my palm (which *will* make the needle pierce the bottom, pressing it only makes a dent), and then put the holder back in the machine, which then brews as normal. So it works, but not nearly as good as the original. I bought two of them, just in case the part got lost again, so I would not be without coffee. Both of them have this issue of the needle not being sharp enough (or perhaps just a bit too short?), so I don't think it is a one-off issue but how they all are.

Bought this for use in the K145 OfficePro so that we can use refillable cups. I can report with certainty that this work in the K145 OfficePro! It is nearly identical to the factory insert. The only difference (and reason for purchase) is that it doesn't have the restrictive "fins" inside like the original OfficePro insert. I dropped one star because it didn't want to snap down as well as the original. It's now a deal breaker, but be aware that if this may occur for you. It works exactly as it should though.

So glad that I found this! The one that came with my keurig went down the garbage disposal... Opps. It fits great in my machine. I think it's easier to clean than the original. Also this now allows me to keep my machine so I don't have to use the pods with the "Barcode," which means I can use a small roaster for my pods of coffee.

Awesome sauce!!!! I have a K60 and this worked perfectly after my silly butt (MAN)aged to drop the original down the sink and then (MAN)aged to turn on the garbage disposal. My caffeine loving girlfriend was ready to send me to the couch for the evening. Especially after I argued that it couldn't possibly be my fault. Thanks amazon for the prime shipping and the fact that this works as advertised (in the K60) at least. My wallet and gas tank rejoice. I only had to drive to starbucks and buy coffee 6 times in a two day span thanks to this speedy delivery.
