Very nice for the money
Was not too hard to install. Looks really good and seems well built. If I were to say anything negative it is the instructions were a tad vague, but I took my time and everything turned out well

Quality door, takes someone who knows what they're doing to install
It's a quality shower door fit and finish looks very nice once installed. I will say unless your pretty skilled at squaring things up and marking and drilling holes accurately along with being able to cut aluminum accurately I wouldn't attempt to do it yourself it is fairly mechanically inclined to install. To make it simpler I would recommend having someone to help you some parts would be difficult by yourself.

Attractive but fragile
Because it's fragile I wouldn't recommend this door for a rental place. It works well and it's an attractive door. For your own house it should be fine. Also I wouldn't use a power screw driver on the screws. They go into thin aluminum and would be very easy to strip. Amazon delivery of the door was great.

Measure 3x - Cut and Drill Once. Solid kit and worth every penny
Directions could use improvement but if you measure and cut accurately and test fit everything - it turns out great. Took a friend and I under 2 hours from opening the box to applying caulk and finishing up. I had a 47” shower opening and we had to cut 1” off off the bars for the top and bottom and everything else just screwed together. The anchoring kit felt strong even through the tile/shower board/drywall. I would suggest assembling everything once in a large room and then transfer to the bathroom. Don’t try and built it from step 1 in a small room. Be careful working with the metal pieces as they scratch easily. Use the cardboard box this ships in as a floor liner as you assemble. We found the final few screws they tell you to drill and cover with caps - we’re overkill. Ours did not rattle or clang around after it was caulked and set. I used an angle grinder to cut the metal rails but a chop saw would have been idea or a sawzall and fine metal bit.

Need more help!
I ended up installing these shower doors myself. I am 75 years old and had never installed shower doors before but I am fairly handy with most home projects. Because i could not find a contractor in my area who would install this unless I bought the doors from them I was stuck with DIY. The scariest part is the glass breaking! I screwed up courage and started. I took my time and ended up doing just fine. Overall it was easy and I would do it again without all the anxiety. The things that helped: The packaging is great, keep the protective tips on the glass, The instructions are well thought out clear and easy to follow., all the parts were labeled, The entire product is of very good quality. What would help more: have on line help to install, let people know they should contact an installer before ordering if they have no experience, drill the holes in the adjustable trim a tad larger to accommodate standard hex screw drivers, have a better instillation video.

Good quality
Good quality, decent instructions, but takes longer than 1 hr per instructions. Took me like 5 to make sure it was right. Make sure you have a decent metal cutting disc to cut to size. Would not rec a hacksaw for a clean cut that will be visible.

Unsafe, Design Flaw
I saw the review about the shattered glass. I thought it was just a manufacturer defect. But no. This shower (and I’m sure other Dreamline Frameless/Semi Frameless) is designed poorly. My handyman went to install it, screwdriver fell out of his pocket onto the other side of the shower, which caused the glass to EXPLODE. My goodness, this scared us to pieces (no pun intended). This is a terrible product and company. I can’t imagine a child or person getting behind these doors, they can and will shatter at any time. Buyer, BEWARE.
