Great for lengthening the spine (neck and low back)
I use my Mysore Yoga strap to hang from a door at my house almost daily. This is a good, sturdy product. Because I hang it over the door, I had to purchase some additional materials to go across the top of the door and be on a door that opens in the opposite direction from the side I am using. This is similar to using a yoga rope wall and allows the opportunity to have a safe inversion with no stress on the neck (actually lengthens my neck). I've attended yoga for scoliosis and it was recommended for usage by people with scoliosis (and yoga training on how to use it). I am really happy with my purchase!
