This DVD is Wonderful!! Great instructor!!
I love this chair yoga DVD. I did it for the first time and after doing it, I felt so relaxed. I had to modify some of the moves because I have severe arthritis in my knees and also my vertigo can act up if I turn my head too far to the left or right. The instructor is wonderful. I have only done Level 1 and I found it very relaxing. Highly recommend this DVD if you have mobility issues!!

Great video for seniors!
This is a wonderful video to work out with for my age which is 74. It is low impact but still gives you a good workout. It also helps with your breathing. My husband has Parkinson’s disease and he enjoys exercising to this video.

Easy to use, can feel results after first time use.
Just used this exercise DVD yesterday, and I intend to keep going with it. The methods to do the exercises are easy to follow, the speech of the instructor is clear, and the music is not too loud to drown out the instructions. You can feel the results after the first time. Would recommend it to anyone. I am just starting with the level 1 and will keep going with the other three levels on the DVD.

Love it
I cheated and reviewed all four levels and when I saw the last position, pigeon, I said not just no way, but hell no. Guess what, I did it slowly and with the help of blocks, did the pigeon. I have bought some more advanced programs also. I like the lack of "zen" in the programs by Dean, just good workouts without the philosophical side to it, and can play routines with no music---I will play my own if I want music. I have shared the DVD with many friends and even gave one to my PCP to share with patients who may benefit from it.

Manufacturing of the DVD sucks
Update: fortunately, this DVD comes with free streaming!!I have back problems and I cannot do crazy aerobics where I am flinging my body around, so this workout, and don't get me wrong this is a workout, seemed perfect. I've been going along with exercise one and exercise to for about three to four weeks right now. Unfortunately the CD is skipping now. I have not taken it out of my DVD player, it is not getting scratched anywhere, I'm the only one who lives here so there is no chance of anyone else taking it out and putting it back in, it is just poor manufacturing. I don't know how I'm going to resolve this issue because there is a specific amount of time that you should do each pose, and I'm not to the point where I know what that is comfortably. I am sad.

Definitely a great yoga tape
He’s a very good instructor. He does talk talk talk like others. He gives good instructions without yammering on and on. The workout has helped both me and my husband.
