I am a 64 year old male and I ride my bike 3 or 4 days a week on average 30 miles per ride. Before using glucosamine my knees would sometimes ache after riding. I started using glucosamine and it reduced those time to become very infrequent and maybe only when I am riding in the mountains. This bulk supplement is a way to significantly reduce the cost. I actually use the container I had from a much more expensive supplement and keep it on the counter so I don’t have to keep the big bag out all the time. I use about 1/3 tsp in my coffee in the morning and I don’t notice any change to the flavor of my coffee. You could add it to a smoothie, sprinkle it on food, or mix it with water I suppose, but I haven’t tried any of those because my one consistent is that I have my coffee 30 - 60 minutes after waking so it is easy to remember.

As I finish my second degree in nutrition and first in kinesiology, I'm wary of supplements but the peer reviewed data was solid evidence, not proof, but the former, evidence. As the clinical dose was only ten to twenty cents per day at the price this company offers, I generally make my own supplements from their products for a negligible amount of money, so the company's solid products allow for home experimentation without breaking the bank. As the company Bulk Supplements doesn't advertise effects of the nutrients or materials, I can really only vouch for the quality of the products and their services. I can only sympathize with the younger guys in the gym spending hundreds of dollars every month on "pseudo" science from Muscle & Fitness, it's nice to see a company not trying to build it's fortune off of every consumer. Kudos to this company. On a final note, adding weight to my resistance training regimen, after a shoulder injury a few doctors debate about, I've been able to at least still pick up hundred pound dumbbells without the dull ache in my anterior deltoid afterwards. Glucosamine may be the added elements, it's hard to say, but after a few rest intervals it wasn't feeling much better, so I'll have to post later on continued progress.

It isn't unflavored it tastes nasty. You can't return or get a refund either. Save your money.
