Unfortunately the item I received was not a true Coach product

I love the purse. It’s an elegant, classic look. The purse goes with everything. However, the long crossbody strap keeps unlatching from the purse. The purse has literally fallen on the ground several times. I need to replace the strap, which I should not have to do given the price of the purse.

Perfect amazing bag, almost a year since I bought it. Still looks amazing!
