This ice pack is a life saver at the end of my work shift each evening. I’ve recently been experiencing lumbar pain/ache/fatigue and this, coupled with ibuprofen, really works wonders for me. It’s very soothing after chiropractic adjustments as well.I love that there are 2 ice packs so even if you forget to put it back in the freezer, you’re not stuck in a lurch the next day. It stays cold for a solid 30 minutes and is quite versatile. It could be used to ice other body parts as well. It’s well constructed and decently priced. 10/10 would buy again.

Nice and easy to use.. I do feel that the cold does not last as long as I wish. That flexibility while wearing as good. I feel the size is true to size. Seam seems to hold up well.

Required to lie on my back on an ice pack several times a day, I found our gel packs were hard and uncomfortable on the sensitive area as thoughoverfilled..We purchased this product and found it thoughtfully designed and manufactured. It comes with two gel packs so one may always ready for use. One may be heated in a microwave and instructions are printed directly on that gel pack for easy access. Both fit into a lightweight belt designed to hold ice in place. It is not too cold to use without a wrap.It is Soft and comfortable. Perfect in the small of the back, but could have application elsewhere.It is well-made with quality materials.We gladly recommend this product.

Have to give a shout out for this product. I recently received my 2nd one because I accidentally left my other one at my sister's house when visiting. I've had a lot of back problems for years and this product is by far the best and my very favorite aid for my pain issues. It is very versatile and stays cold from the freezer for quite a long time, much longer than other products I've purchased. I think the price is more than fair, you won't be sorry you ordered it!

I had to have emergency spinal surgery and knew I’d want and need heat and ice for my recovery. This fits the bill for both! I love that it comes with two. You can alternate between hot and cold that way, though I tend to use them both for cold. The fabric is thick enough to be strong and durable, but not so thick as to feel cumbersome. The Velcro on it is designed so that it can fit a wide variety of different sizes of people too.

This back support belt fits great & is comfortable. However, neither gel pack lasted more than 6 months. They both sprung a leak & we're tossed. I continue to use the belt with other cold packs.
