I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. The brightly colored Letters allowed her to learn to play songs fast. In her first week she learned 6 songs from the book. This is perfect for the beginner. This book has encouraged her love of music and has given her the confidence to keep learning new songs. I definitely recommend this for children interested in music and have access to a key board or piano.

I like it

I love the cartoons that accompany the different pieces. It is bright, cheerful, and very easy to read with the large lettering. I've always wanted to learn to play even just a few simple songs, everyone has to start somewhere. The book also includes playing notes in a certain sequence as warm up hand exercises.

We purchased this book twice now, once for my nephew and once for my son. It's such a great idea! It's a great compilation of songs and makes it possible for my four year old to play entirely by himself.

This is such a fun way to help your kids feel confident quickly on the piano without needing to sign them up for lessons. I love that in the back there are multiple sizes of labels to cut out to put on the keys of your piano or keyboard based on the size you have. My kids almost instantly were able to play songs that were fun and recognizable to them. I think it's a great foundation for the beginning of loving to play the piano without having to learn very much technical skill. There were more songs than I was expecting which is an added bonus!

Is it normal to find Scripture and religious text in the middle of this book?Is it the same for all the books in this series? It was an unpleasant surprise to be honest. When im expecting straight music learning material, im not wanting religious stuff thrown in my face.
