Luxe Neo Bidet 250 can also wash your front
Update: price is too low to publish. I want more stars! It has been 2.5 years since I've installed these bidets, it still does a great job on doing what it was designed to do, and it does it very well. All three bidets are still working, No leaks.I even gave one as a gift, got many great comments on it. My relatives want me to gift these to them for birthdays and holidays. The luxe neo bidet 250 is one of the best and easiest upgrades I have added in my three bathrooms with elongated commode and plastic toilet seats. Hand tighten only on the fittings to prevent damage.I bought three for the price of 40usd each sold by 2Go products LLC. Surprisingly, the price went up after a couple of days, it's now listed at 55.98 a piece. The luxe neo 250 lacks the self cleaning and feminine wash. But it has the hot and cold rear wash only.I've installed one with hot and cold wash, and installed another with just a cold wash. The hot and cold wash is awesome, but be warned for those who keep their hot water heater tanks at 100 degrees or higher. You can get burned easily back there. The instruction states it. The cold wash installation is very refreshing. One thing I had to change on the part and have to buy as an extra add on upgrade from Home Depot or lowes is the skinny washer that goes in the hot water "T". The O. E. M. washer was so skinny when tightened kinks and causes leaks. So, the fix is to upgrade the washer to a "00" flat spigot washer, for just .50 cents at your local hardware store. It fits perfectly and the hole is just right. No more leaks. The cons:1. Hot water tap "T" washer, kinks and causes leaks2. Regulator can be overwhelming and too strong, it takes a lot of practice to achieve refreshing and comfortable stream that cleans and soothes3. The handle on the regulator is cheaply made and screwed in by a tiny metal screwed onto a plastic handle. This is the most hardworking part of this bidet. Because it will be used to actuate the hot or cold wash at the same time control the pressure. It will take only time before that small screw becomes loose or the plastic lever breaks away after many actuations4. The cold wash tap "T". It's made of ABS plastic. If you live where chlorination of water is mandatory, the lifecycle of this critical part will be less than anticipated. I would consider upgrading this to either brass or metal fitting. There's one being sold in Amazon for less than 20 usd plus the bidet at 60. It adds up to 80 usd.For this reason, I will buy the "Bio Bidet Elite 3" for 45.00. You get the comfort of both rear and front wash, self cleaning and brass fitting. The only thing it lacks are the hot wash and the single lever mixing valve. It has a dial lever for both the pressure and rear/feminine wash. Moreover, It was designed to only wash in the cold. Refreshing! The Pros:1. The Luxe Neo Bidet 250 can also wash the feminine part. You will just need to close your legs if your a female and position yourself aligned with the stream to wash your front2. Easy self installation3. It comes with all the parts you need4. Low maintenance, due to the splash guard and retracting nozzle5. Fits my elongated plastic seatsGoodbye Tabo, goodbye scratchy toilet paper. Hello cold and hot but refreshing bidet. This bidet has been a great addition to all my bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Give it a GO.
Note: I received a duplicate of this previously purchased product in consideration of writing this unbiased review.SUMMARY: This is a long review, so here's the gist: Overall I'm very pleased with this bidet attachment. I had been heavily researching much more expensive bidet seats (up to and over $1,000), when I came across this one. I thought, wow, why not give it a "go" (ok that's my first and last toilet pun) while I save my pennies for the more expensive ones. What I found was that I think this product gives 90% of the satisfaction of the high cost seats for a fraction, like 5%, of the cost. I'm happy with this product and no longer looking for an expensive bidet seat.SERVICE and INSTALLATION: The bidet arrived promptly and well packed. Installation was ok. I'm pretty handy, read the instructions, and got it successfully installed with one hiccup that was very helpfully handled with a call to customer support. My issue was that I have older plumbing in my bathroom, and apparently there are two likely possibilities for the size fitting you need to affix this to the sink hot water supply. The one shipped did not fit. Unfortunately before I found this out, I had disabled half my bathroom plumbing (toilet and sink) to do the install. Customer service rep answered promptly, was very knowledgeable and courteous, answered questions I had about possible workarounds to continue installation that day, but ultimately we decided the best course was for them to send the alternative fitting. This meant undoing the half installed bidet so the bathroom was functional while I waited for the part. Ok that was frustrating, but the part was shipped free and fast, and in a couple of days I was back in business. So caveat: check your fittings first before you install to make sure this will work. (It's either a 1/2 inch or 3/8 inch fitting under the sink: 3/8 is what ships, 1/2 is what I needed.) But don't be deterred. The alternative part will work fine. It would be nice if both were shipped, but that would mean a wasteful unnecessary fancy stainless part, and extra expense, for everyone.Once all the parts were correct the installation was fairly straightforward. It's not pleasant, of course, depending on ease of access to toilet and sink in your own situation; for mine it required lying on the bathroom floor and contorting myself to reach and attach fittings. But the fittings seem of good quality, fit tight and properly. Worked right away, and now, after 5 months, it's still working properly, no leaks, no issues.EXPERIENCE: How does it work? This bidet is very basic. It squirts water from you own supply, hot and cold. It's aim is not really adjustable once installed, but it has good aim for me. It is only for back ends, not fronts, but being in an all boy household, this was fine. This was my first experience with a bidet, and as many report, it's really a game changer for this one daily ablution. Having been indoctrinated in the American TP tradition for 60 years, my new preference was immediate and eye opening (ok that was unintended). I so much prefer it.There are some CONS: The control device is one knob that controls strength of water flow as well as temperature. It's easy to get the hang of it, but even so, it feels flimsy, and the level of control feels a bit clumsy. It's not finely calibrated; it's hard to get it adjusted just right. The main issue is that the water pressure can be too hard, and that can be uncomfortable or even painful. You have to turn it up to a certain level to get it started (the water pressure has to first be strong enough to push the spout out, and the pressure to do that can be more than you expect. It can be an abrupt start.) It seems that hard spray can hurt very tender tissue, and at one point before I really got the knack, I even had a little tear occur, which was disconcerting but not serious and has not recurred. It's also a little tricky to find the right temperature. This is exacerbated in my situation because the sink hook-up is 10 feet from the toilet, so the hot water takes a while to reach, and when it does, it can be a surprise. This can be mitigated by running the hot water at the sink for a bit before sitting. (I might not need this bidet with the hot water hookup; I don't always use the hot water. For me, in moderate Northern California, the cold water is not too cold, but if it were colder, this hot water hook up could be essential.)Well that's it. I would definitely buy it again, and recommend it to strangers like you, (though I still am reluctant to talk to friends about it.)

Great stuff, installation is simple
Great stuff, installation is simple, and all the parts needed were included - you might just need a wrench at most. We own 3 of these in our home, both the cold water only models and this warm water version. After using both I don't think the hot water is necessary. The water is only warm out of the gate if you run the warm water on your tap first (since it's not electric warming you are just connecting it to your hot water tap of your sink) - the water is the temperature of what ever is in the line. You also have to make sure you have an easy way to run the hot water line from the toilet to the hot water connection under your nearest sink. Our water is well water (Atlantic Canada region) and we don't ever find it cold enough that we would be missing out on the warm water option. We use this on our Niagara Flapperless High-Efficiency 1.28 GPF (4.8 LPF) Toilet and it looks, fits and works great.Had it for over a 8 months now and no issues with leaks or any other problems!

very satisfied with this bidet
Overall, very satisfied with this bidet. I've never installed one myself before, so although the instructions seemed clear enough, I had some trouble and had to ask for the assistance of someone who has done this before. Also, one of the pieces was not compatible with my plumbing (I used a piece from my previous bidet). Tools are definitely needed (it's not secured tight enough if you don't use a wrench, I learned this the hard way).Hot and cold work well (the knob was stuck at first and wouldn't budge, but once it became unstuck, it moved smoothly from right to left), and the pressure is excellent and the control is good (+ nozzle position is good). It looks very nice too.It doesn't take much strength (pushing up) to get the water going, so this isn't a big deal breaker, but the bidet is not very solid. It doesn't take much for the whole structure to bend and move. It would have been nice if it was more solid. There are younger kids in the house, and we had to warn them to be extra careful.I would recommend this bidet to others.

works well enough
Works well. installs very easily. I actually only set it up with the cold water, and am happy with that. The water pressure adjusts quite easily, I do have to say that you have to ease it on, and not go too high with the pressure as it comes out in a thin almost needle like stream which is a bit erm, "poky"? It feels a bit stingy as my daughter says.Only other complaint is that the stickers that say "bidet" etc were peeling off when i took the item out of the box, i would fully remove the sticker, but there's a hole underneath it that it covers and without the sticker it looks even worse. We keep trying to re-stick it, we'll have to glue it on or come up with another solution. It's the same thing with the other sticker on the unit.

Must have
I had Luxe bidet Neo 250 for 2 weeks, very stylish looking, Easy Do-It-Yourself Installation with all detailed instruction. It comes together with all necessary accessories that required for installations including metal braided hoses for water connection,It has some great features like retractable nooze and a nozzle guard gate. When the bidet is turned on, the retractable nozzle drops below the gate and sprays your behind. When the bidet is off and no water is running to the bidet, the nozzle will stay behind the nozzle guard gate and remain retracted. It’s easy to adjust both water pressure and water temperature through the device’s handle. I love the feeling of being clean – really clean-save a lots of paperI love this product, I don't know what I am going to do without it.I strongly recommended this product.
