Worked great on a vinyl fence
I used these screws to mount cafe' lights on our vinyl fence. They worked and looked great. I pre-drilled the first few holes, but then realized that even though they are aluminum, they were fine to drill in and make a hole with the screw which really sped things up.I would not recommend them on steel or wood, even pre-drilled.

Heads break off easy
A little soft as heads broke off

Not very strong
Although these are as advertised the one thing is that they break very easily when being screwed into steel and that is with the largest pre-drilled hole possible for the #10 screw

The heads popped off on a third that I used...
These screws look good and are inexpensive for the quantity. I was putting up some door weather strip. The manufacturer of the weather strip failed to include the screws so I bought these. I predrilled and put these in by hand. The heads, 1/3 of them popped off while snugging them up. Now I have to spend a bunch of time drilling the broken screws out. I've been a carpenter for 20+, so Im aware of the proper way to do things. These are just very low quality in that way. Your best bet is to pass on these and by something of a higher quality.

Keep looking... you don't want these screws!!!
So I bought these to replace my fender skirts on my camper. I figured, new fender skirts, new screws, right??? After all, they'd be going into existing holes. I just wanted everything to look new after install. The first one I used, about half way into the hole, the screw snapped in half. Grrrr, ok, I figured a fluke. I got the screw out and put in a second one. That one went in fine. On to the second hole (3rd screw) and SNAP!!! same darn thing. About half way in the hole, the screw snapped in half. I won't be trying a 4th screw needless to say and I would advise anyone from trying the 1st screw. These are obviously poorly made. For anyone that is wondering, I was installing them by hand to avoid over tightening them and stripping the hole. Never got far enough to seat the head so I guess I shouldn't have been so worried. Don't waste your time... find another screw!!

Weak screws - The heads pop off
I used two of these on the shower head holder for my RV. The shower has fiberglass walls that are only about 3/16" thick.I removed the old rusty screws and wanted to put these back in the same holes. I was using a hand held screwdriver (not a power tool). The first one went in ok, but the head popped of the 2nd one, when I tried to screw it in. The fiberglass is fairly soft and I really didn't put much torque on the screw.I'll be looking for some better screws, to replace these.

great product at a great price
does what is supposed to do

Screw that screws but not too hard.
Fit and finish is good for visual appearance and looks like will not rust around the head.Material is very ligjt and weak alloy, so the heads will come off with just light pressure. On the bright side, weak alloy makes it easy to drill out. Personally I'd looks for something a little stronger unless used in a very light screw in force, don't use impact.

These screws are complete Garbage! Screwing into aluminum completely stripped screw....even after pre drilling the hole! Stay away! Threads are worn out in a second.

Waste of money
Just awful, garbage, soft metal, breaks when replacing others screws. Just goto Home Depot and spend 10 bucks and save yourself from wasting on this screw.
