Not quite ready for prime time.
The foam clamp pads came off easily. Not a good thing, especially in an emergency situation. I removed the pads from the clamp, put a couple of drops of Duco Cement in the pad hole (2x) Reassembled, and clamped until dry. A little hot glue would also probably work fine.

Tension was not tight enough.
I have frequent nosebleeds and bought these to plug up and stop the bleed. They did stop up the flow but were not tight enough to entirely stop the flow from leaking from my nostril. Maybe these should come in sizes S,M,L.

I get nosebleeds all the time during the winter even with ayr and a humidifier. This allows me to get back to work and effectively stop the messes.

Work great!
My husband, sadly, gets many nosebleeds that last a long time. These clips are very effective at reducing the length of time of the nosebleed and free up his hands while enduring the nosebleed.
