If your baby has bad constipation, I wouldnt recommend. It isn't a laxative but rather just meant to help soften the poo slightly. If it is moderate, I recommend the higher dose. It took awhile for it to work, and it has to be given daily for it to take full effect. As far as taste goes, my 10 month old loves it. She just sees it as juice and sucks the syringe herself.

Pricey but does the job well

this product changed my life!! I had such a hard time with my son after we started solids and I tried everything: prune juice, pears, peaches, warm baths ... this product really worked for my son, he is 7 months now and he has bowel movements every day!!! Happy with my purchase

This is so gentle on my baby and truly helps her to release gas when needed or even to be able to poop without discomfort. A great help when your babies digestive system is underdeveloped and for breastfeeding Moms to use when baby is very gassy, helped better than gas drops from other brands!

This stuff works great. I tasted it before administering to my infant and it tastes like prunes. My daughter does not mind taking supplement. She has always had problems having a bowl movement, so if it has been a week or so (normal for her) since her last bm, I administer baby move and she has a BMW in the next day or so.

This stuff is great! Our guy won't let you slip it into his water or milk (he's very picky and VERY observant) but we just use the dropper to get it into his mouth and reward him with some chocolate chips. He wasn't a fan at first, but he even asks for it now! He knows when he's backed-up and he knows it helps so he'll say, "Chocolate and prunes...?" So cute! It does the trick and it's all organic!

Can’t tell you how the product works yet, but the packaging sure needs some work! Disappointed to receive a medication that looks as though it’s been ran over a multiple times.

Worked okay. Not like other reviewers who said it worked immediately. I've found that Miralax works better, and it's safe. Plus, my baby didn't like the taste
