Relatively easy to install. I'm most enamored with the track's quietness and aesthetic. Really smooth and silent. Very high quality materials and finished. Unique without being ostentatious. These are in a mountain modern cabin I'm finishing up.I bought two of these for barn doors to bathrooms. Attachments to the door was straight forward and easy. Take care to hang the track ABSOLUTELY LEVEL. The holes in the track are 16" on center. Because of some custom framing and wall stud locations I ended up drilling a hole in one track so I could line up the hole with a stud on one end. The kit includes bolts for mounting to wood and a second set of bolts with anchors for masonry. My only quibble would be that the stops on each end cannot be moved between track anchors without removing each anchor. Plan ahead to save a little extra time and redoing mounting bolts.If I ever have another barn door, I'll get this again in a heartbeat.

Love this rail! It is sleek very well-built and exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to install and it worked well once it was installed on the door and attached to the wall. The glide is very smooth and quiet. One note with all barn door rail systems be sure and get longer than what you think you need. When you install it, you want the option of extra space on the rail itself To place in the doorstops on either side of the door when it’s opened or closed. Depending on the size of your door you may want the door to go past your door frame/opening. If you’re rail is too short you won’t be able to place your door stops properly on either side of the door/rail and it will either not open all the way or cover the door opening sufficiently. If needed you can always cut the rail shorter. Plus you need to keep in mind what kind of doorhandle you will be putting on and the placement of that handle in relation to where you place your door stop on the top of the rail.

Wife wanted a barn door as part of my basement renovation. I put it up on our new bathroom and was very pleased with the product. The hardware is top quality and durable as well as attractive. Works great and looks great! Although the installation was easy, the setup was critical. Make sure you measure your space and width of the door as it is critical that the placement of the mounting bar needs to such that the door stops in the right location. I had a small area to work with where the door was mounted so it took some head scratching to find the exact location to mount. Most installation should be easy but it may take some planning for tight areas. BTW, wife was very pleased.

I love the way this barn door hardware looks. It arrived promptly. It takes a few hours to install, mostly measuring and remeasuring. I also bought a soft close mechanism, that integrated well. I really like this product and would not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.While deciding which barn door kit to purchase I could not figure out the vast differences in cost. I found some for $60 and some for $800. I think it comes down to build quality. The powder coating on this bar is quite nice, however, mine did come with a scratch at the end where the powder coating was not applied. This is not a big deal since it was still black on black. The bolt heads are a shiny black. It would be nice if they were also powder coated. The welds on the rollers are pretty bad. It looks like they are almost blown through. Again, the roller heads are nice and I am sure the welds will hold, I am just talking about why something is around $100 vs around $500.Bottom line, I am quite happy with this sliding barn door hardware.

This hardware looks perfect for the look I wanted,it works excellent too.
