I had no problem installing it and having it fit perfectly. I have to wonder if some of the reviews weren’t being careful and precise in installation? Or if the company has improved the design? I don’t know, but as of this review, it works perfectly, and is recognized by the device. 24 hours and so far, so good. It looks EXACTLY like the original I removed. Honestly couldn’t tell the difference. Will update if anything drastic happens! Fingers crossed 🤞! UPDATE: I wasn’t getting continuous data in my app until our power went off/on. I guess I didn’t unplug it when I changed the filter, even though I turned it off. Unplug!

These filters were a good fit to replace my Dyson filters. They installed easily and work well. They were more affordable than the Dyson brand replacements and I'll order again.

Dyson obviously has come up with decent materials on their filters. It does work. But these clog up fast. You’ll get 6 months to a year on a Dyson Filter. This brand 6 months tops. The airflow becomes severely restricted almost starving the motor. It’s a good cheap replacement but you’ll need to replace it more frequently.

So glad I didn't have to by the name brand one and saved a few bucks. I bought a different brand that didn't fit returned and figured I would give this one a shot. Was very happy it snapped in and fit just like it should. They are a little snug but if I remember so was the one that came with the unit at first. But it fits. If you have a DP04 save some money and buy this one.

This is definitely the proper filter, as advertised. A bit difficult to install but this may be due to the fan manufacturer’s exceptionally close design tolerances. When the filter is properly aligned, it fits like magic.

Looks got but machine doesn’t recognize it....I don’t know if it works or not but the machine says I need a new filter after I put it in

Half the price of what it would cost me to get these from Dyson, they look exactly the same, and no noticeable difference in functionality. I appreciate the instructions for resetting the filter warnings as well.

The outside filters fit fine, the inside glass filter barely does and doest reset the warning indicator on the device like it should when you hit the reset button. Hopefully it does it jobs or i will be ordering from Dyson directly.
