Perfect brownie pan and cutter
Fantastic piece of kit. I had no idea these existed. It is strong and non-stick and the cutter works perfectly.

Such good quality with delicious results π
The baking tin and divider arrived well packaged and in good condition. The product feels absolutely solid and of really good quality. It also has a nice tint making it stand out from all my other banking tins. The divider has handles to lift as shown on the picture. The divider feels robust and fits nicely into the baking tin. I was a bit sceptical, if it could actually keep the dough apart during baking, but was very pleasantly surprised, when I got evenly separated brownie pieces after baking the first batch. There was no sticking and no mess when taking out the divider, which was a big plus. The tin cleans well with warm soapy water and did not scratch at all. Cleaning the divider is a bit tricky, due to all the small surfaces and corners. But I guess this is the nature of the product, so not a big issue for me. I am hoping due to the good quality of the product that the non-stick coating lasts for a long time to ensure the cakes are not sticking and breaking when removing them. Looking forward to trying different recipes not just brownies and hope they turn out equally well. I have included some photos unfortunately the after baking photo could not be done due to me eating them all π

Good quality, works well
A review by my wife:I have just tried out the brownie pan for the first time. Here are my thoughts:First of all, I put the grid in and then poured the batter in... the problem with this is that you don't get an even distribution of batter through all the squares. So I lifted the grid up a little and jiggled it all around a bit to get a better spread of batter throughout. I think the one downside of this is that my recipe has chocolate chunks in, which obviously are a bit more difficult, and when I put the grid back down again it did catch on a few chunks. So, if you are going to use this batter pan with the grid, I'd definitely put the batter in first and then the grid. And just be patient if you are using a recipe with chunks, or dried fruit/nuts in them.Once the brownies were cooked, the grid does mean you don't have to slice the brownies, and the portions are already made out for you (which could be good or bad, depending on your perspective). The downside is that you need to leave the pan of yummy goodness until it is completely cool before you try and take the grid out, or risk everything crumbling apart. Which is what most of my recipes tell me to do, but I'm often too impatient to obey!Overall I think this pan with grid is a great addition to my kitchen. The pan size is perfect for a pan of traybake, from brownies to flapjack, and I'm also looking forward to trying out mini iced buns!

Good quality
I bought this so we could make bite size brownies, after reading the reviews I decided to not use the insert whilst cooking and just used it to cut the brownies after they were cooked which worked well. Tin seems good quality and I like the colour.

Great buy and would recommend
I was very nervous but excited to use this Brownie Pan as I had read mixed reviews and I must say it was great, the Brownie came out so easy and cut perfectly!I lined it with baking paper and sprayed the insert with fry light and then baked for 25-28 minutes , perfect π and tasted delicious π!I filled the tray with my mixture then added the insert, I had to push down hard as I had chocolate chunks in the mixture and needed to make sure that it was in correctly, once cooked I then left to cool down before I removed the Brownies. Remove them carefully and they will come out in perfect shape π.As for washing I soaked in hot soapy water and then my husband took over cleaned it - no moaning about the insert being tricky, so all was good π.Would definitely recommend

Really grease it well!
This is a good solid tin, I like it!However, for my first time using it I made a lemon drizzle traybake which rose above the top of the dividers and made it impossible to lift them out of the cake. I had to push the scale squares out and now theyβre a bit rustic looking ;-)So, tips for next time - really thoroughly grease everything (which the instructions do recommend) and put less in the tin than you would do for just the tin on its own.Or possibly press the dividers into the cooled cake to cut it all in one go? I might try that next time.
