Delightful to heat a pack in the microwave, then insert between sweater and shirt or drop into the foot pouch of a lap robe and warm the feet. Be careful not to overheat to avoid burns. I have a small, medium and large size of Rester’s Choice, for flexibility. The seams are sturdy, no leaking at all. They are useful frozen to ice an injury too.

Excellent pad. Practical in size for certain applications. But if you plan to wrap around any body part might not be a good option. It can hold the cold for a good time.

It's fine but if you live in a humid environment it's sweats. I have another kind that I got from my chiropractor that does not sweat. Unfortunately it's so old I don't know what the brand is.

I have only used it cold, but it is a nice size for my ankle.
